Which character in TPP could be a villain? You can vote 2 times. I will vote for Bruce and Kit. Bruce is a very weird and unexplored character. He was very strange in TRR when he first appeared. And Kit... I don't suspect her but the idea that she could be a villain is very interesting. I like Kit a lot and I always to make some new theories about her.

Of the people on that list, those who aren't directly sympathetic to the Baudelaires are just unpleasant bystanders - that is, malevolent only in a very normal way, not in a way that connects them to ex-volunteers like Olaf. But perhaps that's what you meant? I suppose the only exception would be Bruce, who is connected with a few small mysteries.
