You forgot Geraldine, the waitress from the Anxious Clown, the Volunteer Fighting Disease, Bruce, the guy who calls Jerome "Jerry," the woman always talking about her mother, and her mother. But in any list of large numbers of characters you're going to overlook a few, especially when they're pretty much the definition of a minor character.

I'm voting for both "Them all" and "None of them," as I think any of them should be potentially alive or dead.
