Is Kit older then Lemony?

I posted my fanfic on my site in my native language. But the commentator said that Kit is older than Lemony.
Please, give a quote from the canon which proofs that is Kit older

It never explicitly states what the age relations are between the Snicket siblings. The U.A. has some very slight implications - for one, the fact that Jacques was apparently old enough to drink tea when he was taken whereas Lemony may have been a baby at the time, and the way the U.A. Family Tree would imply Jacques and Kit were born before Lemony (and given the way their branch branches, they're sometimes thought to be twins, and are given the same birth date on an old ASoUE calendar). It's widespread "fanon," if you like, that Kit is older, and I think it's probably what Snicket intended, but I don't think there's a quote from canon that will tell you it. However, the first volume of All The Wrong Questions may shed light on this matter.

She's older in my fanfics as well. But only by a year. In my fics, she's the eldest of twins by eighteen minutes. (Jacques is the younger twin.)

I always thought she is older and Jaques is older than both of them because of their initials (J-K-L)
