Well, that's not so bad! I'm sure we won't have discussed the entire book and every aspect thereof within five days of its release.

I read this thread earlier today and I knew that later on in the day that I was going to go to Walmart to get shoes. So I checked the book section to see if WCTBATH was already released.... It was. I'm going to get it for Christmas, though. Luckily, I'm the first person in line to get the book at the library. I'm also the only one who placed a hold on it. That makes me a little sad.

How are those of you outside the U.K. and America getting the book? Are you importing?. Are you telling me that if I walk into a bookshop on Tuesday, and ask for a copy of WCTBATH they may not be in stock. This changes everything ... I might even have to *shudder* buy the E-Book Where do you live?

Bad luck, bloomers! That's very dispiriting. I hope you can get it out of the library pronto - maybe there simply aren't many people in your situation who not only know about the new Snicket book already but won't be able to get it in good time, or who wouldn't have immediately thought of the library.

Still no sign of it round here. I guess it's down to individual managers whether to put it on the shelves or not. .

There are twenty-two in line at my library, so be heartened to know it's not a national trend.

I think in Australia it will be there tomorrow (wasn't there an Australian cover somewhere?), it will only be a problem where people don't speak English.

The thread on the Australian cover is here. It is published on the 23rd in Australia so your book store will hopefully stock it, Charles Snicket.

None of our major ones had it, but funnily enough, K-Mart had a whole heap of them. I'm dying of awesomeness at the moment

Charles Snicket, does the Australian cover look like the cover we found - like the Egmont cover but grey instead of green?
