Okay, so the Snow Scouts were whisked away by Olaf and the Sinister Duo by the large net, then taken to the "Carmelita" and used as slave labor to row the submarine. Then they are never really heard of again. So what exactly happened to them? I can't remember them from TPP. Were some of them there, at the hotel that is? Did most of them escape when Fernald and Fiona took over the submarine? Does anyone have any theories?
I apologize if this has already been discussed.

I have no clue. Perhaps this was the reason for Kit and Widdershins' impromptu meeting on the coral reef or whatever. Maybe they were trying to find them. Although, it is stated that the Carmelita needed a crew to row it about, so unless Fiona and Fernald found a new crew, they would have needed to keep the Snow Scouts on until the GU. Perhaps the Snow Scouts are the missing ingredient of every GU fanfic??

Not all of the Snow Scouts were used as labour for the submarine; it seems that they were added to a general pool of young slaves captured by the sinister duo, and Olaf picked out a number of them for his submarine crew. It's true, though, that we don't ever find out what happened to them. Fernald and Fiona subsequently stole the Carmelita and ended up on the Queequeg, but the child crew's fates are unknown, although they probably were freed, I'd imagine. A fanfiction by a former member of this site proposed that some were employed as bellboys in the hotel under the sinister duo's command.

Hmm, that's very interesting Dante. I actually like the idea that some of them were at the hotel. It makes me want to re-read TPP at look out for unknown characters working there.lol
