-Uh, so, what happened? -Someone posted the title, or what? -Was it the real title? -Or just a fake some lame guy made? -Hmmm, I'll avoid Gloom Looms from now on, then -I have no intention of being spoiled -At all -Ever -Perhaps Dante could persuade the n00bs to keep spoilers out of their sigs, avatars and names as well? -At least till the 18th -But yeah, I'd like to know what happened -Without being spoiled, that is -Heh -Spoiling is like an infectious disease -...so -I think I was going to write a comedy about Jesus' second coming -And how he capers around, trying to bring peace, and eventually is arrested and tried as a criminal for some reason -I've finished Kill Dante, so meh -And Curio's avatar is teh awesome

-I saw the spoiler *sigh* -I sorta wish I didn't see it, although it makes me wonder if it's true -I'm working on my longest post -I started it last night, but had to go to bed as it was midnight and I had school today You can't even let me have it for a day? Fine. My whole life has been full of pointless conversations if you beat me I'll just post all of those conversations. Or something, but I'm going to have the longest non-story post.

-So the Amazon parcel that I didn't think would arrive for at least another week arrived today. -I know I complained, but this is rather inconvenient. -I don't have time to read them all - probably - before B12 arrives. -Well, maybe I could. -One per day at least, finish The Quiet American today... -Oh alright, Dante, I give up. -You win again. -My school had some sort of earthquake relief day. -It was a non-uniform day, but Sixth Formers don't wear uniform anyway. -A few Sixth Formers came in fancy dress. -Clowns, women who weren't, men who weren't, sailors, cats, nurses... -The woman who wasn't was selling pegs, so that people could dress up as Sixth Formers who can smell something nasty rather than just dressing up as regular Sixth Formers. -I was just dressed as normal. -Perhaps I should have worn my overcoat and hat. -But then people would have thought of it as fancy dress, wo I wouldn't have been able to wear it again. -In a break in the trend, I didn't get much homework from Maths today. -I understand that I'll be having Maths and Government tests after half-term, though. -I've been typing most of this post without looking at the screen. -This is because I'm not wearing my glasses, which are smudged, and which my shirt alone cannot clean. -I'll go clean them when I finish this post. -I think we're having dinner soon. -Ouch, stomach cramps. -Hoepfully, those will stop soon. -I actually had a pretty good day at school. -Hopefully, this break in the trend will be the new trend. -Realistically, though, it probably won't.

-Yes, PJ, someone spoiled the title. -There's been more stuff spoiled, but I've decided not to look at it. -Today has been pretty good. -There's a Spanish project due early next week, but I think the other people in my group will handle the harder parts. -We have to write a script for a commercial and perform it. -We'll need props and costumes, apparently. -I didn't have to do anything in Photography, because I took the camera use demonstration test thing yesterday. -In my programming class, I finished a couple of programs and fixed some problems with one. -I have a Government quiz next period, so I've been studying. -The quiz will mostly have to do with the media, and political socialization--how people form their political views. -I think it'll be easier than the last quiz, because I hopefully won't have to remember so many specific names and court cases. -I keep meaning to ask my parents for help with my college application essay. -When I get home, I'll be sure to do that. -And I'll work on it during my free period, probably in the office.

-Your Government quiz sounds like it's on the sort of thing I'm covering at the moment, Antenora. -I guess that figures. -I'm about a quarter of the way through Going Postal. -I'm quite enjoying it, but I don't think I have time to finish it today. -I've been returning to my past evening habit of retiring to the sofa in my bedroom and reading by lamplight. -It's pleasantly soporific. -I'll be watching some TV later. -It's been a long time since I've just flicked on the TV and randomly surfed the channels. -I just watch specific programs at the same time every week, now. -Except when we record one and watch it later. -Quite a few TV shows we like clash with other things, or are on too early. -Relatively speaking, as we don't watch much TV. -I do actually feel quite tired. -My Maths teacher was back today. -Gods, Tuesday seems like so long ago. -Maybe it was. -The stuff I'm studying in Maths at the moment is fairly simple. -Oh, is it not The Big Unfortunate Event for another week? -Pity. -I wouldn't have minded having something interesting to do on Saturday. -And on Sunday, I'll be at my grandparents' house for lunch, it seems. -Did I mention that I have a half-term holiday the week after next? -That should be pleasant. -Aside from the dental surgery.

-I hope the dental surgery goes well, Dante. -It's nice that you'll have a holiday after it, though, so you can get a lot of rest. -My government quiz wasn't too hard, although some questions were confusing. -These quizzes always seem to have a question that I'm not sure what it's asking, so I basically have to write down some related information and hope that I've gotten close. -I found an interesting site: www.liquidsculpture.com/-It's photographs of drops and splashes of water and other liquids, carefully manipulated to create various effects. -High speed water drop photos are cool. -Maybe someday I'll learn how to make them, but I think you need a particular sort of camera. -I should ask Mr B sometime. -I've pretty much finished my college application essay. -At least, I have about 600 words, probably a bit more, about various classes I've taken and activities I've done to "take advantage of educational opportunities". -I'll have to write two more essays concerning my skills and experiences, or something, but those can wait a while and they'll be shorter.

I'm in love with Wonderfalls. I'm not in love with football games. But I have to go to one anyway. I got in for free last week because I was a freshman. I'm a freshman. I'm making a bowl. And it looks like a bowl. I'm so proud.

-So, our highest member count thing went up to 45. -I didn't even notice. -I think I was on then. -Oh well. -I used to watch Wonderfalls. -It was good. -Today at school I went to an assembaly for the grade 9s about "Take Your Kid to Work" day. -I'm pretty sure I'm going with my dad. -He has a boring job, I think. -He does something with veterens. -I'm cold.

-So State trials were last night. -I think I did pretty well. -I did all four walk overs perfectly and got commented on my very even use of both side of flexibility. -Then we had to learn the routines. -Ouch. -They were pretty hard. -Now I get a whole week to perfect them before I have to present in front of a panel for the first round of selections. -L. and I will practise together. -And on Wednesday at my normal club training all my friends and I will go throught the stuff together. -So Yesterday morning I woke up with a bad hip. -I struggled all the way through the day and then at State trails continued because I decided not to tell the coaches that I was injured asit might affect my selection. -Today I can barely walk. -And I have ballet soon. -Oh well. -I'm going to the physio before I go to first round or trial. -Also I got spoiled yesterday. -I was at school in Religion and just looking around on 667 and I went into a thread about the Editor Letter and had the title spoiled. -I screamed and the whole class turned to look at me. -It wasn't a happy or angry scream. -Just a weird mix of the two, happy to know, angry to have been spoiled. -Later I spoiled my entire English class. -I'm convinced my teacher has read them as she regularly alludes to things in them, though that could be coincidence. -She didn't say anything when I gave away the title though. -Well I better go get ready for ballet. -Good bye.

In cross country we keep doing what seems like the same stuff, but then every day our muscles will be sore. It's insane.
Tomorrow I'm going out with my parents and their friends for lunch and then they're taking me to my friend's house, then they'll pick me up on Sunday and I'll go home and do homework and go to an open house at my school becaue I'm in the choir and we have to sing.
My dog doesn't like spinach, but he tries to eat it because my other dog likes it.
I need to shower.

-I think I was going to write a comedy about Jesus' second coming -And how he capers around, trying to bring peace, and eventually is arrested and tried as a criminal for some reason have you seen "The Second Coming" starring christopher eccleston? ... -*facepalm* -I'm going to get sued, aren't I? -Honestly, I had never heard of that show before you mentioned it -*hits self in the head with book* -Heck, I was even going to call the story "The Second Coming" after Yeat's famous poem -Which is were I got the idea from, incidentally -Blast -I'll have to think of another name -Grr -That show sounds nifty, though -<<sigh>> -Well, I guess it's time to reveal my huge investigation into the number 42 and how it's stalking me -It's more proof than investigation, really -Behold, and weep, ye non-believers: -Honestly, I wasn't looking for those -I just saw the number, and made the screenshot -I wasn't waiting for the clock to turn to 42, or anything -I just saw it - The Homeward Bounders by Diana Wynne Jones... -It's a great book -Perhaps the greatest -I love it -It is certainly up there, just below Lemony Snicket -It's an awesome story -Diana Wynne Jones is teh sex You can't even let me have it for a day? Fine. My whole life has been full of pointless conversations if you beat me I'll just post all of those conversations. Or something, but I'm going to have the longest non-story post. -Posting past conversations doesn't count -I mean, that's like me posting a story, or a poem, I wrote, say I had written heaps of poems -Heck, I could post a long streaming line of some webpage I made -So no posting of things you haven't just written -And no chat convos at ALL -They have to be random FACTS -Not random convos

-I saw the number 42 somewhere yesterday, PJ, and it reminded me of you. -I think we were looking at page 42 in our Maths textbooks. -Well, I stayed up last night reading Going Postal. -When I realised that it was past midnight, I decided to get to the end of the chapter and then go to sleep. -And I woke up feeling extremely tired. -For some reason, I feel right now as if my life is in some sort of disarray. -My parents just shouted at each other because my father asked what DEC stood for, and my mother repeatedly didn't answer him. -I'm on Father's side on this one, not that either of them care. -And I also have to go and eat breakfast soon. -I always seem to have to go and eat. -I'll be out at my grandparents' tomorrow, in case I forgot to mention that. -I don't think I did. -But today should be alright. -I'm looking forward to lunchtime, which is when good things start to happen in the day. -It's really misty outside. -Or is it perhaps foggy? -I'm not sure if there's a difference, but to me, fog is thick and mist is thin. -In which case I'd say that it was foggy when I first got up, and misty now. -I remember Eccleston in The Second Coming. -I didn't see it - I just saw adverts. -But I remember the media kicking up a fuss, as they seem obliged to do every now and then to distract people from the real news. -Anyway, I think I'll spend this morning finishing Going Postal. -I'd like to get ahead on my book-reading.

-I got my hair cut today. -Yzay. -Fringes are cool. -And I got my blonde streaks redone so no icky regrowth. -See PYP thread for pictures. -Ballet was pretty good. -It was just me and four of my friends. -It was so funny. -None of us have actually done ballet before. -We're all typical calisthenics girls. -Pirouettes were the funniest. -We usually do them moving but were asked to do multiple on the spot. -It resulted in us just spinning around in circles. -Our technique is horrendous. -The jete tom leve was funny too. -That was just us jumping around. -We were all sore from state trials last night though. -Also the ballet teacher had the little girls just before us and expected us to be able to do harder stuff than them. -They did easy stuff and struggled so she thought she could give us hard stuff. -And we continued the pattern by struggling. -Oh well. -It was fun.

-I've been having some trouble sleeping recently. -I keep waking up in the middle of the night, then falling back asleep and waking up again repeatedly. -I feel a bit sick, and tired. -At least we're probably not going anywhere today. -We might go out shopping later, though, but I probably won't have to come. -I found a pretty cool site: www.umop.com/rps.htm-It's got increasingly big and complex variants of Rock-Paper-Scissors. -Maybe I can convince someone to try these out with me. -I remember people at my elementary school cheating at Rock-Paper-Scissors by adding strange things like "devil" and "angel". -Apparently "devil" beat anything and "angel" beat devil. -The charts at that site are pretty cool-looking.
