-Well, I'm neither on the top posters list nor a moderator. -*sulk* -Today was my birthday. -It wasn't a big deal or anything. -I just came back from eating cake and opening presents with my family. -For presents, I got a good camera (I have a digital camera, but I wanted an SLR to take black & white pictures with), The New Annotated Sherlock Holmes, some supposedly humorous cat book that doesn't look very good, Hello Kitty playing cards, and an electronic chihuahua. -The last two were sort of...filler gifts. -And the last was more for my dog. -Oh, and there was some stuff from Amazon.com that hadn't arrived on time. -Don't Panic, by Neil Gaiman, The Deeper Meaning of Liff by Douglas Adams, and one or maybe two more that I don't remember. -The cake was good, although a little too sweet. -My mom had the people at the bakery put a V.F.D. insignia on it. -Yes, that's right. -It came out pretty well.

-My mom had the people at the bakery put a V.F.D. insignia on it. -Yes, that's right. -It came out pretty well. -Oh, my goodness, that's just about the coolest thing I've ever head of. -Also, happy birthday! -I didn't have school today, huzzah. -My family and I went out to lunch, and then up to a rather rustic town where a music store is located so I could get a new oboe reed. -A llama farm was supposed to be on the same road as the music store, but it turns out that it was sold about a year ago. -*mourns* -After that, we brought my grandmother some soup because she is ill, and we then went to see my grandfather's headstone at the cemetery. It was put in last week. -I'm rather angry because the people that I usually talk to online mysteriously disappeared this evening. -It's cold, even though I've wrapped myself in a blanket. -The blanket only allows me to type with one hand. -I'm not too angry, though, because Phantom of the Opera music is playing. (: -I hope that Snicket Face doesn't kick me off 667 Factor. -I am having a very difficult time evaluating whether my voice is good or bad. -I'm leaning towards bad. -Meh. -"Say you love me..." -"Know I do..." -Would anyone like to send me money so I can actually go see Phantom of the Opera? I'll give you muffins!

-PJ, your threats remind me of something I said yesterday. -Or rather, two things. -The first thing was that algebraic long division, if written within a pentagram, would cause the earth to split open, and thousands of demons would pour out from the abyss to ravage the world. -The second thing was when I was accused of stealing another team's money when playing Poleconomy in my Government class. -"Yeah, that's right. I stole it. And you know what? I stole everything else, too. I'm actually a time traveller, and every theft in all of history was actually committed by me." -Lousy J.C. -Everyone hates him, except for about two people. -I think I'm pretty near the top of the Top Posters list, as well as being a moderator. -Not that anyone knows any more, since the Top Posters list has been disabled since v4 was brought in. - Quite possibly forever.-Which is another reason to take a strong dislike for ProBoards. -It's even more annoying because without ProBoards, this forum wouldn't exist. -Anyway, happy belated birthday, Curio. -Sounds like a neat cake. -My birthday's coming up in around a month, so I may ask for something like that. -Although my cake will probably be home-made. -Unless it's not. -I can't even remember when I first got on it. -I think that only two or three people had over 10,000 posts at the time. -Now it's been so long that there are quite a few members with over 10,000 posts, although some of them have deleted their accounts. -There's a llama/alpaca farm not far from where I live. -It looks quite pleasant outside this morning. -It's sunny, and the sky is clear.

-This laptop is burning my knees. -Plus I got rug burn, so...it hurts. -What are the rules for cursing here? -Maybe I should look for it in the rules. -It'd be a good idea. -OMFG I have a new crush! -I. am. such. a. prep.

-The first thing was that algebraic long division, if written within a pentagram, would cause the earth to split open, and thousands of demons would pour out from the abyss to ravage the world. -Your shameless advertisment is quite refreshing -So I got lost in the Largest Ikea Store In The Southern Hemisphere -It took 20 minutes just to get out! -Oh, the horror! -Then, Giles' party -Pretty neat -I didn't know anyone, but it was fun -Though the movies he picked sucked -I mean, honestly, who picks a movie titled "Pteradactyl"? -"The Breed" was a lame vampire movie -Though I liked how instead of it being all secret and satanic and evil, the vampires had revealed themselves to the humans, and wanted peace -Of course, we have the one insane one who wants to purge the world of either humans or vampires -<<sigh>> -The other was some lame one about the civil war in America and a ghost town -It was called "Dead Birds" -We also saw some Firefly -It PWNED -Naturally -Oh, and my sister's 18th birthday -I'm about to hand her her present -Oh, and I am, for the first time ever, going to buy something over the internet -Or, at least, if I can convince my mother too... -*shakes fist* -Meh -My list of books I want grew some more -John Marsden's new book in the Tommorow Series is out -Well, actually, it's now called the "Ellie Chronicles" -But still -Woa...I must be tired -Its doing the crazy thing were everything else goes kinda blurry -And I'm super focused on this tiny text box -And the letters are really small... -It's like I'm leaning forwards, staring at the box....but I'm not -*psychadelic* -And I'm off

-Updated Alliance broken. -I only appear once. -My name appears twice -That's how it should be. -Gerbils' scent glands are their primary source of identification. -In other words: THEY SMELL -"Harry, what's that smell?" -HP SS computer game. -I can't wait until the movie. -This friday! -I've got 2 new King's Singers thingies. -1 cassette, Children's Songs -1 CD, Johann Strauss. -Coinkidink! -I'm hyper only im my mind. -I'm tired. -I'm going to go take a nap. EDIT: -Never mind -Its 8 pm. -What was I thinking?

-I think I got lost at an Ikea furniture store once. -We were shopping for a new bed for me, and I wandered off and waited someplace. -I remember going to the furniture store and climbing all over the beds there. -I was pretty young at the time, but I don't remember just how young. -And I once had a nightmare about getting lost in a furniture store which had a giant slide in it, which I fell down, or something. -Last year, my family celebrated Daniel Handler's birthday. -We had a little tea party, complete with the sugar bowl. -We had chocolate squares with the VFD insignia drawn on them in shiny green icing. -I don't remember if we had a cake, though. -Speaking of cake, we've got some good cake for dessert. -I just got back from a restaurant. -My sister's doing some project about the Constitution, and she's actually using my Government textbook. -It has some information she needs, about court cases relating to the amendments. -And if she's studying from the textbook, she won't take the computer all the time. -I think I'm getting a cold. -Earlier, I had a fairly bad cough.

-Yeah, I felt like mentioning The Abyss.. -I'd been re-reading it, you see. -Or at least, I'd been re-reading the comments. -I felt like looking back on it, for some reason. -I had fun writing that. -I don't think I've ever gotten lost inside a store of any sort. -Or anywhere, for that matter, although I could be wrong. -My memory isn't reliable. -I do remember the last time we went to a furniture store, though. -When we got back, there were flash floods. -I remember there was water flowing out of the manholes, pouring down the streets... -We had to avoid some roads as the water was too deep. -It's been a while since that happened around here. -Hm, it's the 13th. -We should find out who won that Egmont Nameless Novel competition sometime soon. -Within a week, I'd guess. -Unless they're not actually going to make any public announcement about the winners or anything, which would be pretty irritating. -Some family friends are coming over to my house for lunch today. -I really dislike having guests over for lunch. -Or at all, really. -I'll have to talk to them, probably. -And I've got to bake them a cake. -I wish my parents wouldn't just randomly invite people just because they happen to be nearby at the time. -Most mornings, I feel like I'm getting a cold. -But I know that I probably won't get one for about a month. -Because that's when the Christmas holidays start. Edit: - Puzzled 1-First Room Escape game in ages, and it's another one of these rubbishy ones. -Well, it gave me something to do. Edit Again: -Good news: I didn't have to bake a cake; Mother did that. -Bad news: The family friends came about fifteen minutes early. -Trivia: They weren't who I was expecting them to be. I am awful at keeping track of my relatives/family friends. -They're okay so far, though. -I just don't want to have to speak to them much, as I never know what to say, so I feel rather uncomfortable.

-The actual playing time in a Major League Baseball game which lasts about two and a half hours has been clocked at 9 minutes and 55 seconds. -There are 293 ways to make change for a dollar. -My computer goees too slow. -So it's difficult to do this. -Not this, the other page I'm getting this stuff from. -Can anyone tell me to what extent you're allowed to swear? -Cause I saw a lot of swearing. -The rules say none at all but different mods have different rules. -I'm a Renthead. -Which means I like Rent. -I can't wait for the movie. -I was [mad] when it was postponed. -Malaysians protect their babies from disease by bathing them in beer. -You are more likely to be struck by lightning than you are to be eaten by a shark. -But what about wounded? *raises eyebrow*

-The Abyss was awesome. -You should write more, Dante. -I've been pretty busy this week. -On Thursday night I broke two toes. -I got jumped on and they just crushed. -I couldn't feel it to start with, but when I got home and took my shoe off it was horrible. -I really shouldn't be so frail. -At school, in year 7 someone pushed me and my rib broke. -I've broken so many bones. -All of the ones in my arms and legs and quite a few ribs. -I need to sort out my work experience. -We need to hand the forms in on Friday and I still don't know what I'm doing. -Where I live there is almost nowhere for me to go. -I'll probably just end up in a shop. -Ugh. -But it's so quiet here it'll be really boring. -I want to move to somewhere more fun. -The year I leave school my parents said I might be able to go on holiday with my friends. -We'll go somewhere fun.

-I drink a lot of milk. -My parents have never bothered with silver cribs and diapers sewn from silk, though. -I've never actually broken a bone, but I bruise easily and I've sprained my ankles many times. -That's a cool avatar you have, Snicketface. -I saw the movie Zathura today. -My sister wanted to see it, so Father took her, and I went along because I was vaguely interested. -It was a fairly good movie. -It wasn't really my sort of thing, but it wasn't bad, and the special effects were pretty neat. -My sister liked it a lot, though. -My computer seems to crash pretty often. -Most of the time, it just loses the internet connection for a moment and has to be restarted. -But occasionally, it completely freezes and you have to unplug the mouse and do tricky things like that. -Tomorrow, I'll hopefully be checking out a camera in Photography class, so I can get started on the first assignment, which is due sometime off in the indefinite future.
