-That Dante-bot is frustrating. -Much ruder and stupider than other robots I've talked to. -Human: Hi Dante. Dante: hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha Human: Okay...you're scary Dante: it's ok, because I'm not American, i''m not a very nice man Human: Well then, what nationality are you? Are you Italian like Dante Alighieri or British like Dante the mod? Dante: I'm glad your not American. Human: But I am American. What nationality are you? You didn't answer my question. Dante: What nationality are you? You dont want to know what nationality you are. Human: I just said I was American. Then I asked you 'what nationality are you?', a phrase which here means 'What country are you from?' Dante: I wanted to know what nationality are you? You dont want to know what nationality are you? You dont want to know what nationality are you? You dont want to know what nationality are you? You dont Human: *headdesk* I give up. I thought Dante was supposed to be smart. Dante: I am, but please, do it. Human: Do what? Dante: Hello, machine. Human: Goodbye, Dante. You've been a real disappointment to me. Dante: Goodbye, Dante. Youve been a number of reports of reincarnation, and people try to speak with you.

-I went to Disney World some years ago. -I was about 8, I think. -I remember that roller coaster game, although I didn't play much of it. -That whole Disney Quest area was really neat. -If I remember correctly, there was a white-water raft simulator...you got onto this big raft, and the screen in front showed the water, and I think you used paddles. I'm not sure if that's clear, but my family did that a few times. -I went on that ride with my mom -We didn't do very well on it -My brother stayed off because he had gotten motion sick -I went to Disneyland Paris... -I can't remember how many years ago, but it was lots and lots. -But I can't really measure time properly. -After a few days, all of my long-term memory seems to wash together in a big soup. -I've never heard of Disneyland Paris before -Only Disney Land in California, and Disney World in Florida -So my parents bought something that allows us to go all over the world for vacations and stay at hotels for free -I told my mother that we should go to England -More specifically, London -She said that she had actually talked to her friend (my friend's mother) about going there with her, her daughter, and myself -Which would be wicked sweet -I want a British accent -If you have one *looks at Dante, Kimia, Amber, [insert a member who lives in Great Britain here]* I'm jealous -Today we went to MGM studios -It was more fun than Epcot -A lot more -We saw the "Fantasmic" show, and it was pretty good -I wont bore you with anymore details -We have been watching the show Everybody Loves Raymond -It's a very funny show -I don't think I know of anyone who doesn't like it -My brother is making annoying noises -I just yelled at him to shut up -He's still making noises - -While I've been on vacation, I've heard so many different languages -It's so weird -You'll see someone who looks American, then they'll start speaking another language -It's very confusing -My dad is on his lap top, a few feet away from me -My family is addicted to computers -We brought 3 lap tops on our vacation -I hate laugh tracks -They're so annoying -I've just yawned -I'm home-sick.

-I don't know how my accent compares to many of the other British members. -Accents have always confused me. -Once I met somebody with an accent so utterly impenetrable that I could not tell what they were saying at all. -I just smiled and nodded, and then left hastily. -I occasionally - but only very rarely - hear people speaking French, or German, or conceivably some other West European language. -But I don't think anyone really comes up here. -And I can't really see why they'd want to, as there's not much interesting where I live. -Or at least, not much that, putting myself in the position of an outsider, would necessitate a trip. -I had a fairly easy day at school, but a dull one. -I found myself completely bored all through Economics. -I get too much Maths homework, but at the moment, Economics may be my least favourite subject. -Despite the fact that I like the teacher. -But I do actually dread the subject, just because it's three hours of boredom. -Continuing on the tourism / holidays topic, my family went to London once, years ago. -...We don't want to go back. -Ever. -It's twenty-past four, and it already looks like evening. -At one point in Economics, I filled up half a page practicing my signature, over and over again to the point where it's now mostly an unreadable mass of pencil lines. -And I have a song stuck in my head. -And I think I'm rambling, and I think I'm doing this because there's some single train of thought that I've completely lost.

-I've been to DisneyWorld. -Three times actually. -I loved Fantasmic. -I was thinking today about what it would be like to make a time capsule. -And if I was to make one, what would I put in it. -A letter to myself, I suppose. -If I was to lose my memory and be shown a letter I'd written to myself, I wonder if I'd believe that I'd wrote it. -Knowing myself as I do, I probably wouldn't. -I'd have to hide a personal code in it or something. -I don't know. -I've changed my profile for PJ's video game week. -Spyro the Dragon. -I've answered the questions Linda sent me for her interview in this week's 667er. -The number "67" seems to be appearing everywhere lately. -I first noticeed it when I thought I'd seen the number 667. -Now it won't leave me alone. -"16" pops up everywhere in my life too (a bit obvious). -But, whereas I consider 16 a good number, I'm beginning to think 67 is evil. -I saw it six times today in various places. -I should keep a record of when and where I see both these numbers and work out a conspiracy based on my records because that's just like me. -In fact, that's exactly what I'll do.

-I should pay more attention to numbers that show up around me. -I haven't seen any certain numbers recurring, recently, but maybe I'm not really paying enough attention. -People sometimes tell me I have a British accent, or ask if I'm from England. -My ancestors are probably from England(some of them anyway; my heritage is sort of mixed-European) but I was born in California and have been here my whole life. -Yesterday someone told me that I looked and sounded like Hermione, and that I should play her in future Harry Potter movies. -I guess that's a compliment. -I've got a sore throat, and this morning I felt a bit sick. -At least I have no school tomorrow, so if I've got a cold I can rest. -I want to rest anyway. -And I wanted to check out a camera in Photography class, but today I was too late. -I did get to make a photogram, though. -A photogram is basically a picture of the shadows of objects--in mine they were a lace handkerchief and two glass things. -I was hoping to take it home, but Mr B has to grade it and I won't have it back until next week. -I have a Government quiz after lunch. -I spent some time studying yesterday, and I should reread the articles we studied.

-Somebody once told me that I sound sarcastic all the time. -Other than that, though, nobody's ever really commented on my voice. -And accents pretty much go unmentioned in my classes, despite the fact that several people have different accents. -I guess it's because they're not strong. -In fact, people's voices in general aren't mentioned. -Except for when we're insulting J.C. behind his back, but everyone hates him and he deserves to be hated, so that's okay. -I wonder what I'll be doing in Maths tomorrow. -We might be starting a new textbook, since we've finished everything else and had a test on it. -There's still Integration homework to hand in, though. -Whatever we're doing, I hope it's not hard, and I hope my teachers don't just give us pages and pages of questions for no reason. -Government in the afternoon should be easy, anyway, and I have homework to give in for that. -Although I'm not sure when I'm meant to hand it in. -The only strange numbers I notice are in various exercises in Maths textbooks, where whoever makes up the question engineered it to give pretty results. -I'm not generally surrounded by strangeness, or by mysteries, or by suspicious individuals. -Eccentric, probably. -It's probably because I'm the strange, mysterious, suspicious, eccentric one. -I wouldn't know whether to trust a letter written to myself before my memory had been wiped. -Particularly if it acknowledged and tried to justify the memory-loss, if it was by unnatural or artificial means. -And so the cursor creeps slowly leftwards across the screen... -Wait, it's stopped. -That's not so annoying, but I still feel compelled to move it.

-It's prettty slow here today. -Tomorrow is my birthday. -I'm having a sleep-over party with my friends. -It'll be fun. -My mom's already bought my web cam. -My friend just called about my party. -I need to clean my room. -I guess I'll go do that because my mom's bugging me about it.

-I had a very good day at school today. -I got a high mark on my Maths test. -I didn't get much Maths homework, and it's on relatively easy work, and I did it all in another lesson. -In Government, we played an enormous political board game, called "Poleconomy" or something like that. -And my team won. -Or at least, we won 3 general elections out of around 5, and had several million pounds more than the other teams. -Second-place went to my associates. -It's all gone well today. -Which indicates that things are probably about to get worse. -Ah, the sun must be setting, as the sky is becoming a pretty blue-purple-pink-orange. -Lovely. -I think I once intended to make a time capsule, or helped make on in school, or saw one made on TV, or something. -Oh, the cherry tree is losing all of its leaves. -And the pumpkin has blown over. -The weather's been fairly rotten. -But even with that, I managed to get a lift home with an associate. -Oh, you mentioned sunsets too, SnicketFace. -What an interesting coincidence. -I don't get many of those.
Edit:
-Let's pick a cheerful article out of my weekly news magazine. -What's the news from Tehran? -Iranian state TV has broadcast a children's cartoon in which a young Palestinian boy avenges the murder of his family at the hands of the Israelis by becoming a suicide bomber. The ten-minute cartoon shows Israeli soldiers laughing as they murder the parents of young Abd al-Rahman. Abd joins a resistance group and is admonished by his aunt to "show the Zionists how brave and heroic are the children of Palestine". He then ties grenades to his waiste and leaps on to the back of an Israeli lorry, killing himself and a group of Israeli soldiers. -You know, the fact that it's a cartoon surprised me more than the content. -One worries rather for the target audience.

-There wasn't much of a sunset to comment on here today. -The weather was pretty dismal. -That cartoon is very shocking. -Cultural awareness is being encouraged these days, and I have no problem with that. -But is it being gone about the right way? -On another note, I've submitted my 667 Factor poem. -It was a difficult subject to write about. -My 67 appearances have been growing in number. -But I can't seem to connect them. -I saw it twice in Maths. -It was randomly yelled by someone in P.E. -And five newspaper articles mentioned it. -And that's just today. -My Amazon order is scheduled to be delivered from the 8th to the 28th of November. -Not vague at all -I might start writing a story. -I don't know what about, though. -Just in a story-writing mood. -Anyone got basic ideas?

-I'm 3rd on the top posters in this thread list -Then Amber -Then Pandora -Then Snicketface -No chance of beating Dantenora...they have like three times my posts -But still! -I've almost got 6000 posts -Soon...SOON I WILL HAVE MY CUSTOM TITLE -When I first came to 667, my two ambitions were to get onto the top 20 posters list, and to get a custom title -Soon...SOON I WILL HAVE SUCEEDED -MWAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAAHHA -Little does the general populace know...once I reach 6000 posts....hell will break open and the world will be destroyed! -Mwahahahha! -[/lame plot] -Yeah -So I finished my crazy Jesus-John the Evangelist-Demon story -It turned out to be 30 pages -I might post it soon -Or something

-My goal on 667 was to become a moderator -Which I have accomplished -*beaming smile* -A custom title would be cool -How did you find the top posters for a thread? -I'm still clueless to some aspects of proboards -I should really go to the site and do some research -I went to Universal today -But not the part (Islands of Adventure) that I wanted to go -I have switched from a hotel room, to a one bedroom condo -We were suppost to go to Daytona Beach, but ended up staying in Orlando due to teh wreck from the hurricane -This keyboard is extremely loud, and is thoroughly annoying -Well, I think I'll end this post, and go look around before my brother kicks me off -He has just snapped at me, indicating that I need to get off -I bid you farewell.
Edit: -My brother just saw the threat in PJ's sug to read his stories and started pointing and laughing. -I guess he finds it amusing -I did too when I first read it -*slaps PJ on the back to show him that I think he's done well*

-I don't remember if I ever had the ambition to get to the Top 20 Posters list. -I remember feeling sort of guilty when I first got on it, though, because I'd outposted someone who was a moderator. -We had a rule at the time that to be a mod, you had to be among the Top 20 posters, and I thought I'd replace that mod automatically or something. -Anyway, I'm a mod now, and I'm happy with my job. -PJ, your story sounds interesting. -And good luck getting lots of posts. -I had a day off school today, and spent most of my time in bed reading and wandering around the yard, going for a walk at one point. -It's been completely overcast all day, but as far as I can tell it hasn't rained. -My tongue hurts a bit, and I can't seem to taste things properly, because I burned it yesterday. -I made the mistake of trying to warm up a small amount of honey in the microwave. -There's a time capsule someplace at my school. -Someplace on campus is a plaque saying something like "Time capsule here, dig up in 2010". -I think one class I was in made a time capsule once, or intended to but never got around to it.
