-I haven't posted here in a while. -I got my school holidays today! -That means we get three weeks off. -Which is great. -And it's only Fourth Years who are getting off. -Which makes it even better. -I've had a good 15th birthday so far. -I've gotten a t-shirt, a CD, two books and a good bit of money. -And my cake is weird. -My mam bought it and it's shaped like a house. -It's not made of gingerbread, though. -I'm going to be bagpacking at my local shopping centre tomorrow. -The money is going to four different charities. -Then on Sunday I'll be at a special screening of the Narnia movie. -It looks good. -And I'm a reader (although not quite a fan) of the books.

-I had a snow day today. -If we hadn't, we'd be out of school in exactly 3 minutes. 2:48. What a random time. -Everybody said that we would be in school, but the system decided otherwise. -I'm working on a Christmas signature, and I just need one more Harry Potter related picture. -I'm too lazy to look for one. I'll find it later. -I'm reading The Lion, the Witch, and The Wardrobe, but I'm refusing to see the movie until I finish the book. -It's quite enjoyable so far. -I'm going to play the Sims 2 after I'm done moving all these files... -When I do, I need to finish creating all the Harry Potter and ASOUE characters and put them into the game. -Making all those houses gets quite long and tedious. I've taken up downloading some premade lots from a few websites, and they look really nice. -Happy Birthday, Sixteen! -Your birthday is a day after my best friend's half birthday.

-Are you kidding? Three weeks off? -We get a bit more than a week. -Measly, if you ask me. -Everyone's born in December. -Maybe I just say that cuz I am, but seriously. -*reminds everyone that tomorrow is my birthday*

-Are you kidding? Three weeks off? -We get a bit more than a week. -Measly, if you ask me. -I only get three weeks because I'm in Transition Year and we have no exams or anything. -Normally I'd only get a week and a bit, too.

-Sorry for not posting here recently. -I've been incredibly busy. -I've had tests in Economics, and in Government... -Both of which went well. -I've had a barrel of Maths homework, because my teacher went through an entire chapter in one lesson... -I'm so glad I got all that work done yesterday. -In the short run, it was boring, but I'd have hated to have had to do it later. -And there were only two questions I couldn't answer. -One of those was probably out of laziness, though. -Actually, I still have lots of Maths homework, but from a different teacher. -Anyway! -Seems I can't quite read the clock in my room. -Apparently, it must have been an hour earlier than I thought it was when I got up. -Or, time stopped around me for about an hour. -Either way, it's convenient, as now I have more time. -I got more birthday presents yesterday, through the mail. -I'l need to read those books when I get the opportunity. -Maybe I'll read one this weekend, and one when I break up for Christmas. -I get two weeks off for Christmas. -Although I both break up and start again midweek. -And I'm going on holiday at some point, but I forget when. -I read all the Chronicles of Narnia years and years ago. -I can barely remember the plot of some of them. -Prince Caspian, for example. -And to a lesser extent, The Horse and His Boy. -I'd reread them, but I've got so much else to do. -There's never enough time. -"The opposition occupies the benches in front of you, but the enemy sits behind you." --Winston Churchill

-I went to an Italian restaurant tonight -The food was filling as always -I ordered some delicious pasta with mushrooms, snow peas, chicken and tomato -Although it was very delicious it was to my dismay, I could not finish it all. -One of my earrings broke -I don't know when it broke though -I've got a sore throat -My whole family excluding my mum has come down with a cold -Which is quite deppressing as it is Summer in Australia -I hope I don't have it during christmas -A friend called me up and asked me if I wanted to take a limousine to next year's ball -She had already ordered it -I found myself facing a difficult dilemma -On one hand it would have been just like some magical fairytale if I chose to take the limo -But on the other it cost $56 per person -I chose not to take it. -You know what would be better than taking a limousine to the ball, taking a horse drawn carriage -Yes, I will fantasize about that for a while

-I'm a false prep. -And I love slumber parties. -Except I hate the not getting sleep part. -I wish I just needed two or three hours of sleep a day. -That'd be good. -Life is so interesting. -And sometimes not. -The end.

-I noticed you haven't been posting in here Dante -But I haven't either, so it's pardonable -I babysat last night until 1 a.m. and got home at 1:30 a.m. -I ended up going to bed around 2 and woke up at 8 and couldn't fall all the way back asleep -Needless to say, I'm tired -I had to go to play practice today -The play is tomorrow -Meh... -I'm one of the lead characters, and I don't really feel like doing it -I'll most likely be doing nothing tonight, at home, alone -Unless I go over Andrew's house -Which is doubtful -I'm listening to The Screaming Silence -They're a local band, and I really like them -I'm currently going through my photobucket and deleting pictures I don't need -Random picture found in my photobucket: -My foot is asleep -Most of the snow has melted away, leaving my driveway icy -I kept slipping around while walking to get the mail -*walks of humming Scream and Run Away*

-I saw Narnia earlier today. -It was great, and the visual effects were wonderful. -Recently, I was trying to reread the entire Narnia series, having not read any of them(except the first) for years. -I got busy with school and only read up to The Horse and His Boy, though. -And I'm still fairly busy with schoolwork. -It seems I'll have some Literature work over Christmas break, too. -I'm not sure how much I'll have to do, but I think it includes finding literary-criticism articles related to the book I'm reading. -Tomorrow, we're making Christmas cookies. -Mother and I are planning to make Lemony Snicket cookies, possibly this evening. -I plan to take photographs of the cookie-making process, for a photography class assignment. -Someone's hanging up a string of Christmas lights that span across the street, from a lamp-post to...a tree, or something. -My parents don't like those lights, and they suspect it's illegal to string them across the street like that.

-I saw Narnia yesterday. -Some of the effects were good. -I have read all of the Narnia books, but I haven't read them recently. -For 7 weeks straight, I have had an unusual cough. -I do not, however, have a cold, nor am I running a fever. -I just bought the orginal King Kong DVD. -It was very good. -I saw an IMAX movie the other day. -It was one about coral reefs. -Last night I visited a friend. -He lives in a really bad neighborhood. -We went outside and watched 'Cops'. -It was a repeat. Larry got arrested again. -Sigh............

-I'm out of school now. -Sort of. -I still have three classes that I'm still going to next week. -Long story, so I won't take the time to explain. -Let's see, what interesting things are going on in my life? -Oh yes, I started a 667 fanfic a few days ago, and just realized Dupin was the only one I'd told. -BSam, Ron, and A. are the main characters. -And Tragedy, but he's the "bad" guy. -And I've stuck a few others randomly in with smaller parts. -Like PJ, Derik, and SnicketFace. -It should be done by the beginning of next year. -Ha, that sounds a bit funny. -*yawn* -I was up for a lot of the night because I was too restless to fall asleep, and I had to get up early. -Plus my cat kept meowing at the most inconvenient times. -And I think I'm beginning to come down with a cold. -Or some other mild sickness. -My throat's a bit sore, and I have a cough and a stuffed-up nose. -Oh well. -If I get sick enough it'll give me the excuse to lay in bed and write instead of doing the large amount of chores my mom always assigns when we're out of school.

-I saw Narnia last week. -I thought it was very good. -I've read all the books except fpr Horse and his Boy and Magician's Nephew. -I got the latter from the library on CD today. -I'm pretty sure I'm getting a diskman for Christmas so that means I'll be able to listen to it anywhere now. -My sister has a friend over right now. -She's come back from university. -I've taken lots of pictures on the digi cam, but my mom hasn't made the ones she like into real pictures yet so I can't put them onto the computer. -She wants me to go to the place with her to help her. -I suppose we'll get around to it eventually. -I get out of school on friday for Chrismas holidays. -I think I get a little over two weeks off.

-I saw Narnia last week, or the week before last. -I enjoyed it. -I enjoyed the books, too, but it's been years since I read them. -I should re-read them, but there are two other books I need to read - sorry, I just remembered a third - and I'm busy with schoolwork a lot. -Plus I have lots of writing obligations. -But I'm sure I'll have time to read some books later. -I just don't at the moment. -"Wicked people never have time for reading," Dewey said. "It's one of the reasons for their wickedness." --TPP - p226 -I barely got any sleep last night. -I don't think there was any reason; I just slept poorly. -And I have an awfully sore throat, but that's getting better. -And I have read more than half of another book I got recently! -Although it is a short book. -The Final Solution, by Michael Chabon. -Anyway, we've got Christmas decorations up now. -They're very shiny. -I think some of my teachers may be planning on giving us work over Christmas. -One of my Maths teachers already did, on Friday, but I managed to complete it all. -But I still have a lot of other Maths work to do. -And I don't know about English. -I reckon my Economics/Government teacher will be more sympathetic, though. -The more work he sets us, the more work he has to mark. -Speaking of which, did I mention that my Government test went well? -Well, it went well. -Better than I'd expected. -Anyway, I'll probably be having breakfast soon, although I've plenty else to do. -And I need to return TPP to its shelf.

-I went to carols by candlelight tonight -It was the same as usual -Beginning with hearty carol singing -Ending with hearty family disputes -*sigh* I love christmas -There was a fireworks display -Mum said it was the best yet -It always looks the same to me -Each explosion of light is like money a bursting into flames -I like the candlelight better than the carols -The whole night I was determined to turn my hand into a wax stick by holding my candle and letting the wax drip and harden into place on my hand. -I also mused myself we seeing how black I could make my finger by poking it in the safe part of the flame -And burning holes in the plastic cups we were given -Burning plastic is toxic, right? -I should be more careful

-I thought there were more posts on this page than that. -Turns out I was thinking of something SnicketFace said on the previous page. -Yeah, I haven't been around much. -BBooks hasn't been posted in too frequently recently, so some days I've just been checking 667 every couple of hours. -It depends if I have anything else to do that I wasnt to do more. -Such as reading this book I have with me right now. -Ingo, by Helen Dunmore. -I'll probably finish that when I break up for the holidays, on Wednesday. -For now, I've only read a couple of pages. -It annoys me that a lot of books start numbering the pages at those copyright pages and stuff. -I don't count those. -It seems to me that you should only start counting the pages once the story's started. -Fortunately, aSoUE does this, so I'm happy. -Speaking of which, that reminds me of something I was meaning to check inside the spines of my copies. -I'll get that done after this post, I guess. -I heard fireworks last night. -Father's just found me another five books to read. -They're the sequel to some generic fantasy series I read the first book of a while ago. -Ah, for the summer holidays again. -I never seem to have enough - ah, but I said that yesterday. -It's true, though. -I'll get around to those nine books someday. -Oh, and this other one on the desk. -And whatever other books I've been meaning to read. -Anyway, did I mention I'm ill? -I'm coming down with a cold, it seems. -I feel better now than I did earlier. -Mother said I should stay home from school if I didn't feel well enough. -Unfortunately, I do feel well enough. -At least I'm pretty sure I'm not doing anything strenuous today. -Although I'm not relishing the prospect of walking to or from school in the cold. -I'm pretty vague in these posts. -So I'll name some of the books I was referring to. -David Eddings's Belgariad series, David Eddings's Whatever the Sequel Series to Those Belgariad Books is Called, Erskine Childers's The Riddle of the Sands. -Curiously, somebody I was walking home with the other day mentioned the Eddings books. -But it turns out the same mutual associate introduces us both to them. -This same associate now goes to a college somewhere different, so I've taken the opportunity to stop pretending I particularly liked him. -Most convenient.
Edit:
-Oh yeah. -My parents woke me up an hour late today. -I only have a total of two completely free hours before school now, instead of three. -Although either way, it doesn't beat last Monday, where I didn't have to go in until the afternoon. -I love room arrangement conflicts and staff meetings.
