-I went to dog beach today -there was a lot of dogs -a lot, quite intimidating actually -our dog is strange -while all the other dogs were swimming in the water ours was diving head first into the wet sad -and then rolling on his back in the mud -what's that sound? -fireworks? -new year's eve is well and truelly over -that's strange I don't see any -maybe where under attack -which wouldn't make sense either because I'm sure I'll be able able to see the mayhem it would cause -Besides, Perth is the most isolated city in the world [actual random fact] -It was my birthday today -I got a football shirt after all -In addition I also got a watch -My oldest sister gave me some perfume and some licorice -My second oldest sister gave me a didgeridoo -I don't know wether to play it or not -After all it would be disrespecting the aboriginal culture as women are not allowed to play the didgeridoo -But on the other hand my sister might feel disappointed -My younger sister got me a microphone pen -Which was quite neat -My friends haven't sent me a birthday email, phone call text msg, nothing -I feels so lonely -But then again they're all overseas so I guess no emails or calls is understandable -We need to put down that christmas tree -Isn't it bad luck to have it up after new years? -Meh, I'm not that superstitious -After all opening umbrellas inside the house is a hobby of mine -*sigh* I can't wait for my friends to come back -then I'll go to the city and purchase bubble tea

- the dumber people think you are, the more surprised they're going to be when you kill them - I love the feeling I get when I have deja vu - crying only gives the person who hurt you more strength. - doing magic to benefit others without their permission is only grey magick. - If we had immortality we would have no need for beliefs of any sort - Expect nothing and you'll never be disappointed - I find the whole concept of death amazing - If you can smile when something goes wrong, you have someone in mind to blame. - batmans the coolest.

-It seems odd that it's 2006. -I wrote 2005 there to start with, which made me chortle. -I was getting all my stuff ready for school tomorrow, but I've just remembered that I don't have school tomorrow. -Which is good. -It gives me that chance to do all of the work that I should have done over the past two weeks. -I've sort of given up with some of my subjects. -I didn't get all of the ones that I wanted, and there is no way that I'm going to pass. -Even if I did try. -I've been put in for basketball for next term. -Last time I played basketball I broke a load of bones in my hand and sprained my wrist. -I'm going to see if I can get moved to a different class. -I've had to stay with my Grandparents for the last few days as the house alarm in our house was broken. -The sensor was too sensitive so the alarm went off when the cats moved around downstairs. -It was horrible, as my Grandparents already had people to stay and I had to sleep in the dining room. -It was so uncomfortable. -I don't want to go back to school. -But I do, because Pat is back on Wednesday. -He's been in Singapore for months. -Ugh, it sucked, my best friend was halfway across the world. -He did get back last week, but his family went on holiday. -Which might sound weird, but they were in Singapore because his Dad had a job there, it wasn't a holiday. -For Christmas I got a new keyboard, and threw away my old one before I opened the new one. -I'm so stupid. -The new one wouldn't work, and I had made a point of breaking the old one up before I threw it away. -So I've taken the keyboard from one of my Dad's computers. -The keys are all close together, and don't press down very far so I keep making mistakes. -And not knowing I've made mistakes. -Because I still can't type and look at the screen. -I have to watch my hands. -And my hands are creepy. -They're all long and thin, and I have a big scar on the back of my left hand. -Which makes the skin between my thumb and first finger look torn. -The scar on my elbow has really faded down from last month. -You can't really tell it's there unless you're looking for it. -But the scar right down my side is unlikely to fade, though. -But you never know. -I can't think of much else to say, except that I'm sad that I wasn't here when all of the 'hacking' was taking place. -Reading through those threads really made me laugh.

-I haven't posted in this thread for a long time. -I'm not really sure why, either -Probably because I haven't had anything to say. -Well, we're getting a tv in our car. -Father's been putting it in all long week end. -I even had to help yesterday. -It's really quite heavy and as it is mounted on the roof, my arms are incredibly sore from holding it up. -It'll all be worth it when I'm watching tv in the car, though. -So, I'm extremely sunburnt. -I spent the majority of yesterday, New Years Day, in the pool with my friends who had stayed over to see the New Year in. -They ended up staying until dinner. -So, summer holidays are starting to get boring. -It's always around this time that you just run out of things to do. -It was about this time I was just searching the net for asoue sites because I had nothing better to do and discovered 667. -I guess it's not really so bad. -Talking about, only 13 days until my one year anniversary. -None of you can claim you didn't know now. -So, that's about all for now. -Bye.

-There seem to be a lot of newbies posting actual random facts in here recently. -Or maybe I'm just imagining that there are a lot. -Anyways, I'm going to do some more advertising. - Like this.-I don't want to post chapter seven of my story yet. -It's horribly cheesy, and I don't want other people to read it. -Hopefully I'll be able to fix it sometime. -Are Dante and PJ on vacation? -It seems like I heard somewhere that they were, but I have no idea where I heard it or where to confirm it. -Hmm, the mail's here, and there's something for me. -I never get mail. Edit: -All right, I just got my ACT score. -For some reason, I thought it wasn't coming for several more weeks. -It looks like I got a 31. -That's good, if I remember right. -I'll have to go check.

-Temporary Departure Thread in GGreetings, Linda? -Although I'm back now. -I have been for a few hours, although I haven't been posting too much. -It's tiring work, going through 667 after several days away. -Especially when you've been up to so much, and lots of things have happened. -While I'm away, naturally. -Because it wouldn't do for things to happen while I'm actually here, would it? -I might actually be able to comment! Gasp! -And know what's going on! -Couldn't allow that, could you? -I hate going on holiday. -My parents take us away too often. -Anyway, while I was on holiday, I found a copy of The Gulag Archipelago on a bookshelf. -I read the first few pages, and it looked interesting. -Almost a pity that I lack the stamina to read it. -And I had six other books to read, anyway. -Plus the extra one that I was given by some relatives / family friends (I forget which) who appeared. -And also gave me some rather expensive chocolates. -Anyway, I went to quite a few places. -Mostly castles. -I also revisited the place where I wanted to perform the first of FFWF Investigates. -I suppose a lot of people here wouldn't remember those. -But it was a long time ago. -Mother just walked up to me with a large tub containing some not quite so large cubes of fudge. -Quite tasty fudge. -I'm not quite sure where she got it from. -I don't mind, though. -Anyway, time for a look on Amazon.co.uk, to see what's coming out. -Hm, hm... -Oh, Darren Shan, why must you write World Book Day books that I'll probably never get? -And why is it taking so long for your wretched Demonata books to come out in paperback, so my parents will actually consent to get them for me? -So ungrateful, the man. -And after I bought his first series of twelve books, too. -They were never in hardback, but it seems you're too good for paperbacks now, aren't you, Shan? -Bah. -Anyway, uh... -No, that rambling rant has taken all my ideas away. -It's probably for the best.

-I'm pissed at IMDb.com. -I'm pissed at other things too. -I have a short temper, in case you haven't guessed. -APascal is hot. -How come every guy with the name Adam is Jewish? -Adam Brody, Adam Sandler, Adam Pascal. -*shrug* -I'm bored. -As usual. -But going to a basketball game tomorrow. -Score!

-How come every guy with the name Adam is Jewish? -Adam Brody, Adam Sandler, Adam Pascal. -Adam State -I went to see Memoirs of a Geisha. -It was an absoulete work of art. -I almost want to be sold from my family now. -However, it pales in comparsion to the novel. -The novel was brilliant, and made me think. -Mother and I arrived at the theater 45 minutes early. -So, I talked her ear off about Daniel Handler, his novels, and his screenplays. -Now, she says she knows what to get me for my birthday. -I told her I had nearly everything he's written. -Then she said "I said it had to do with him...not it had to do with him." -The difference being of course... -I don't know. -But, I'm excited.

-I'm interested, Snicket. -And I hope you have a happy birthday. -And since I'm making this post now, I might as well say some other things. -Because I didn't have anything to say earlier, but now I do. -I'm reading the Ursula Le Guin's Earthsea trilogy. -Although I already have the first book in a separate volume, whereas the book I'm currently reading is an omnibus with the first three. -And I understand that there's a fourth book, so it's not much of a trilogy. -And I just added a heap of books I want to an Amazon order. -A few classics, and a few pieces of fairly cheap filler. -The latter I wouldn't buy, but I bought the first three books. -And anyway, I like some short, unchallenging books to pass the time occasionally. -There's some other stuff that I want, but it's all in hardback at the moment. -Ah. -I just remembered I have a chore to do. -Among other chores. -At least I don't go back to school until Thursday. -The sun is shining pretty much in my eye. -But there seems to be a lot of thin cloud in the way, so it's not so bad. -Anyway, I think I'll flip through the newspaper and find a random story to look at. -Michael Caine. -Advertising link to teenage drinking, tyre slasher vandalism spree... -Malaria, something about Blair and Cameron... -A random flick through the papers gives one an interesting snapshot of what's going on at the moment, I think. -Although it's not exactly a hidden arcane secret, passed down through the generations to seventh children who are bestowed with a golden casket inside which this opinion is written. -Although it would certainly be exciting if it was.

-I suppose I'll care -Happy Birthday Snicket -I also haven't posted in here in a while -What it is due to is beyond me -I was gone for a while last week -Thursday I went to the zoo with my friends Kim and Lisa -Lisa had free tickets -The animals we saw included lions, koalas, and hippos -It was very cold outside, and ever rained off and on -The zoo during the winter is/was a crazy idea -After that Kim and I slept over Lisa's house -We didn't go to bed until about 4:30 am -We also made this video of my awful dancing-I look ridiculous in it -Just goes to show how crazy I get when I'm with my friends -After sleeping over Lisa's I went to Kim's house for a few hours and just hung out there -We then went to our church for our new year's eve eve party -After that we went with a few other girls to a sleepover at a woman named Kristin's house -I didn't get to sleep until 4-5am -Then it was back home, and I slept from 10am-3pm and cleaned up the house and then babysat from 5pm-2am -I made $120 from babysitting -Not bad for one night, aye? -My Grandma also came over, but that isn't very exciting -Andrew came over for a while yesterday -After he got picked up, my mother and I went shopping -I got a few new things: a hoody, a grey shirt, a jean jacket -I have a two page report to write today -Today is also my last day of vacation -Bleh. -It looks dreary and gloomy outisde -I woke up at about 1pm today -A result of staying up until 2:30

School is annoying because it makes me go to bed in two minutes. Though I had a lovely day simply because everytime I saw someone I got to give them a huge hug since we were back from break. School is good because it makes me adore the people I have classes with since they make classes less boring. And there's gossipy goodness. I have too many things I want or need to read, too many things I want to bake, and too many applications I'm dreading less but am still lazy about. I love being too happy for no reason. Soap is possibly the worst Christmas present ever. I haven't given any of my friends Christmas presents yet. We should be exchanging them sometime before next month though. My mom will still probably have the tree up so it's okay.
