True, but even if it were appearing later this year I feel we would be hearing a little more by now, given how long in advance Snicketr releases tend to be announced, ARC's circulated, etc. Given that it seems to be his other projects which keep holding him up, and he clearly has lots of other projects, I'm not too hopeful.

Yikes. Now that February 3rd has passed, the Amazon page now lists the release date as February 12th, 2015. I'm starting to think We Are Pirates will never see the light of day.

Well, we were told it was finished in 2012.
Perhaps Handler is rewriting it because he thinks he has got the pairings wrong.
