The past year was an interesting year for 667, with the 10th anniversary, and the start of the new Snicket series. It has (although I can't really say anything about that, being a new member myself) been a lot more active than the years before, and so are these Darkies. There was a flood of nominations, so many that I haven't always been able to update the lists properly. Thanks to all the people who helped me with that and told me who I had forgotten I also want to say thank you to all the nominators and nominees, to everyone who voted, and of course all the people who have prepared a speech for this show and made banners. I'm sorry that I couldn't let everyone present an award, there are only 13 categories and so much more people who would deserve it! There are also more than 13 people who deserve an award. Thanks to the moderators, who let me organise this year's Darkies. I liked to do this, and I hope I did it well. And last but not least, thanks to Willis, who started the first Darkies, and to Emma Squalor, who organised them in the last years. I could never have done this without looking at all the old threads, without you this would be nothing!
So, I think I have said enough for now. I'm sorry for the delay. Let the show begin and let's have an awesome weekend with a lot of fun and excitement
'The world, no matter how monstrously it may be threatened, has never been known to succumb entirely' - Jacques Snicket's brother.

Stay-at-homet: Just updated my profile to express my hopes that everyone stays home and safe. I tried to give my avatar a mask, but it ended up looking more like Patrick from Spongebob in overalls.

Jean Lúcio: It was great for me. I also put a mask on my Avatar.

Jean Lúcio: Why didn't anyone warn me that I had a translation error in the title of my fanfic?
May 28, 2020 14:55:55 GMT -5
Jean Lúcio: It should be Silence Knot, not silent Knot ...

Jean Lúcio: Thanks to everyone who read my Fanfic Untie My Silence Knot. I finally finished it.

Sherry Ann: Jean Lucio, I thought the title of the TBL sonnet was "My Silent Knot" for years. It sounds more natural than having those two nouns together. And congratulations on finishing your fanfic!

Jean Lúcio: Thanks! Creating this fanfic at this moment stirred many of my feelings, and I believe that this fanfic reflected my state of mind at this time.
