Snicket, Riordan, Kinney, Patterson at BookCon May 31st

On May 31st, at this year's Book Expo America (BEA), a special "BookCon" day will be held, which will include a "Blockbuster Reads: Meet the Kids’ Authors That Dazzle" panel boasting Lemony Snicket, Rick Riordan, Jeff Kinney, and James Patterson, children's authors who've sold millions of books and made millions of cashmonies. Also, authors who are all middle-aged, white, and male, for which reason BEA now intends to add further panellists, as yet unidentified, to represent the success of authors who do not happen to be middle-aged, white, and male, which is considerate of them.
