Along the same lines, I think "Invited to Investigate" maybe has more of a ring to it; "Investigation Invitation" (or even "Invitation: Investigation") might work depending on how appropriate the jaunty rhythm of such a title would be.

I don't disagree; it just depends on the tone of the book.

Then I'm thinking of the name of the doll. It's actually a figurine of the empress as a ten month old baby. It's a part of a set of figurines representing the Imperial Family. The name of the doll could be the title of the story.

What is the origin of the imperial family?

And, for that matter, the name of the doll?

Maybe she doesn't have a name for the doll. By knowing the origins, we could suggest a name.

What is the origin of the imperial family? It's mythic-ally believed their ancestor was a wise and kind man who was appointed by the chief goddess to liberate the people from the oppressing Chinese who invaded them but that's pretty much some propaganda created by the leader of the rebellion. They're actually from the empire, but less than a century ago one of the princesses married a British-East Asian guy and basically their son becomes the emperor so that's why the family is Christian and the empress looks Caucasian as potato

So, basically, they have East Asian names.

So, basically, they have East Asian names. Yeah, basically yes. But they also have Brit names alongside their birth names tho Like the empress is actually named Mildred Usher

Hmm. So maybe you could name the book "Mildred".
