I got a package today!
It contains a mini flag that says accuse freedom of having rabies, a book called Klickitat by Peter Rock, a scrap of paper with a childish drawing on it and some writing I can't make out, that is apparently a bookmark made by Mr. Rock's daughters, and another scrap of paper explaining the items and with a script fragment on the back. I'll edit my post in a bit with photos and a transcript.

I got home from work just barely to find an unexpected package waiting for me from "Brown and Handler". It appears to be the next installment of the bookclub, though there are no explanatory scraps of paper, just a paperback book and a poem written on very thick cardstock. No script fragments, unfortunately, though both my items are about someone named Bruce, which may or may not be a clue of some sort.
I will send a fully-armed battalion to remind you of my love.
My package came in today! The only things in it were a poem called Love Poem for Bruce Lee by Anhvu Buchanan. The book is called Last Words From Montmartre by Qiu Miaojin, translated by Ari Larissa Heinrich. No script fragments or explanatory paper.

I got my first ever package from the book club today! Very exciting; I sort of assumed that I hadn't been accepted but it seems I have -- huzzah! (This makes me happy for a number of reasons, but particularly because instead of an anecdote I drew a bear on the back of my form for the book club and said the bear had eaten my anecdote, so I'm glad that was accepted.)
I got the Love Poem for Bruce Lee which everyone seems to be getting, and my book is 'Cronopios and Famas' by Julio Cortázar.

I'm particularly excited about this, because that means I might have been accepted, too. I've changed my adress three times since I applied, though, so I still have only a very vague hope that any kind of package will ever make its way to me.
My package arrived a few days ago, and consisted of the Bruce Lee poem everyone's gotten, and Journal of Ugly Sites & Other Journals by Stacy Szymaszek, a collection of poetry which looks very interesting.
