They are case sensitive, and they can be more than a word.

Is it case sensitive? More than a word? Are there any rules for these passwords? Yes to all.

No it's still unsolved.
As with all the ones I've done before there are very few steps. The quote relates to something, which relates to the pw. The moderator clue relates to one of these steps.

- the quote is (among other things) a line in the song Lady Marmalade - the word Lord is in the moderator clue, which connects to Lady - marmalade is at the brunch in TPP - and we know the author (bee) has an affinity for brunches - brunch
but that doesn't work!!!!!!!

- the quote is (among other things) a line in the song Lady Marmalade - the word Lord is in the moderator clue, which connects to Lady Right so far. Then you went pear shaped.

- The song is used in the movie Moulin Rouge- 'Moulin' means 'Mill' in French - The password is not 'The Miserable Mill' or 'Lucky Smells Lumbermill', either. EDIT: - Because it's something else that I just got - But s best me to it - By 5 minutes - Well done, though! - Lordofbooks refers to Tolkien - Tolkien is referred to by Sunny when talking about the Duchess of Winnipeg's ring in The End - The password is 'Duchess of Winnipeg'

Lady Marmalade - Duchess of Winnipeg. Lordofbooks confirms this as it links to both of them because they are titles of nobility. That's literally it.

Oh, I figured the Lord/Lady connection was just a happy coincidence. xD
When you google 'Lord of Books', you get a lot of Tolkien results; that's how I got to the answer.

i'd be more likely to find it through comet's steps. "titles of nobility" is a huge jump

Well done to s, who solved the puzzle. Congratulations also to Gray-morality Apple, who also solved the puzzle about 5 minutes after s. You proved you can do it, you just had unlucky timing. The new one will be up when s writes it. This round shows that its possible for anyone to win, so keep trying folks!

What are you KIDDING ME I tried the password without spaces I thought that wasn't possible.
I insist there should be clearer rules for this game.
