but I guess the most important aspect of LS's portrayal will be his voice. Warburton seems to have a kinda Alec Baldwin voice, and the latter narrated The Royal Tenenbaums rather well, so this could work. That just makes me wish Alec Baldwin was cast as Lemony Snicket instead.

Olaf is better looking than Lemony, and I'm pretty sure that's not how it's supposed to happen.

warburton has an amazing voice, but it doesn't have the self doubt that i feel snicket should.
like someone who is talking to you and knows that they know so much more than you and are so much better than you and are talking down to you, yet truly hates themself. wow, sounds like they should have cast me.

Olaf is better looking than Lemony, and I'm pretty sure that's not how it's supposed to happen. Not to mention that Lemony looks like he could bully and beat up Olaf without a problem.

Let's imagine that Olaf was a weaselly, irritating sort of child, while Lemony was the strong, silent type.

"Where was I? Oh right, the venom. The venom for Monty. The venom chosen specially for Monty. Monty's venom. That venom?"
I like Kronk, and knowing his voice actor from nothing else I can recall, I still imagine him with the skill to pull off a drastically different role like this one. What I'll have to come to terms with is Lemony not being British. His wit just feels so much more British than American to me, in spite of all his Noir tendencies.
