We didn't win two world wars on our own

it was an amusingly idiotic image macro conveniently signifying everything wrong with the leave campaign as a whole.

i don't think that needed explaining

then why didn't you 'like' my post or say "ayy mate" instead of gratuitously refuting the deeply, obviously flawed point that the image macro was trying to make?

I never have - and hopefully never will - use the phrase 'ayy mate', and i didn't think that was a good place to start.

I haven't voted in this poll, but I think I might drop by in a few hours and make a semi-lengthy post about why I haven't.

I am simultaneously optimistic about the chances of a Remain victory tonight and filled with dread about what happens if Leave wins. Ugh.

I have no clear opinion on this. Which puzzles me, because it's the kind of election I would probably take an adamant stand about if it were happening in my own country, and that honestly feels a little hypocritical: If I'm genuinely voting as I do because I believe it'll help ensure decent living standards for as many as possible, what does it matter whether or not I myself actually live in the country to which the vote applies? I know that it does of course matter in that I can't (and shouldn't be allowed to) actually vote, but that shouldn't keep me from forming an opinion.
The thing is, though, it might just become relevant for me. A large Danish party called DF (Danish People's Party, a far-right party to which I am massively opposed; they started getting taken serious by the general public at our last election, when they suddenly gained a considerable following) announced that they will be pushing for a similar election in Denmark. There's a fair chance that they'll succeed, too, since our current government got their votes mostly through the support of DF, and as a result go pretty far to cater to them. However: EU happens to be the one subject generally agreed upon by DF and the parties I tend to follow (respectively, the Red-Green Alliance, a socialist party; and the Alternative, a party who has slightly foggy views on this matter, but in general tends to agree with the proclaimed left-wing parties) - although for wildly different, arguably opposite, reasons. These parties ended up unlikely allies in a vote a while back, deciding whether or not to stay outside of a number of EU rules which we weren't included in in the first place when we joined. We ended up keeping out, but I think that's more an expression of our conservativism, and less of our ill will against the EU - which, in a case like this, would make a 'stay' the more likely outcome.
So, to sum up this previous paragraph, the politicians I tend to agree with, as well as those I definitely don't, would definitely vote for leaving. Still, I can't say I can make up my mind; the consequences just seem far too intangible for me to believe that I can tell what's best. I guess you could argue that I don't know the political climate of UK well enough to form an opinion, but even when it comes to the same (hypothetical) decision for my own country, I don't feel as strongly about either side as I often do in politics. It has to be said, though, that I get the general feeling that many people I usually think of as sensible advocate staying. I don't want to make a decision based entirely on ethos, though, so it's still a blank vote from me.
EDIT: As a non-voter, would anyone mind keeping me up to date about the results of this poll?
