Pretty much the same way I got into Harry Potter. I've been reading about it and hearing about it a lot. I saw "The Bad Beginning" and I had a little money so I decided, what the heck, bought it and read it and found it just as enjoyable and fun to read as Harry Potter and I was hooked.
