Netflixasoue on instagram seems to be the main update account now, I’ve noticed their profile picture has changed recently to the vfd logo but with a orange / fiery(?) glare in the corner,, I’m guessing that every day or so it’ll change so the fire gets closer and closer? Does this mean season 3 marketing is on the way???
I would link a picture but I’m completely new to forums and I’m on my phone and have absolutely no idea how to ooPs! Haha

@ netflixasoue on Instagram is the show's "official" fan account i.e. they are endorsed by Netflix and are sometimes given exclusive information/photos, but the show's actual official account is and always has been @ Unfortunate, both on twitter and IG. (I have a sneaking suspicion that the person behind netflixasoue has an account on this very forum, or at the very least is a longtime lurker. A large number of their "scoops" appear only after someone has already posted them here.) |

netflixasoue is the collection of all ASOUE posts from cast members IGs and @ unfortunate is the official Netflix Instagram that all Netflix originals have. netflixasoue if you are reading this hi @ netflixasoue also has images directly from Netflix, as the post today is of Shirley and Sir, and IIRC in the show that scene was only in Black and White so we only see the yellow of that costume in a side video and on this post.

Hi! I've just made an account because I've seen that you are talking about me. So, here I am. I've already mentioned a couple of times to some users who talked to me via Instagram that I loved your forum and I wanted to join it (I'm not sure if I'm doing this right). @ netflixasoue on Instagram is the show's "official" fan account i.e. they are endorsed by Netflix and are sometimes given exclusive information/photos, but the show's actual official account is and always has been @ Unfortunate, both on twitter and IG. As you said, I receive some photos but most of them come from other sources. Such as your forum! I have some photos from other seasons I haven't posted yet, which I'm saving for these long months without news. Anyway, most of the "scoops" that I post are delayed because I want a time gap between posts during these months (or I'm waiting for the best moment to post them), that's why you "get them faster." By the way, a long time ago someone posted a photo of Fernald supposedly from Season 3 and they didn't know where he was. He's at Prufrock Prep. Just a heads up for anybody who doesn't know: This year ASOUE is up for two Creative Arts Emmys (Outstanding Children's Program and Outstanding Fantasy Sci-Fi Costumes).
As these are Creative Arts Emmys and not Primetime Emmys, they won't be announced at the main Emmys show on the 17th but will instead have their own ceremony taking place today and tomorrow. This ceremony will not be airing live; instead, a recorded version will be broadcast on the 15th.
Luckily for us, they will still be making the announcements today [and tomorrow, but ASOUE's categories are both being announced today], we just won't be able to see the ceremony for another week.
This is a live stream from an award show-prediction site which will reveal the winners as they're announced during the ceremony.

Hurricane Florence is headed right for me, so most likely won't be able to check the site for a long time. (Netflix will give us a million teasers in my time away, I'm sure of it.)
The last piece of news I bring... I was actually able to get several items from the ASOUE auction! I got in contact with someone who went and they gave me a good deal on a bunch of items. One of those items? A maternity dress of Kit's! Now, Kit's pregnancy is a significant plot point, so we all assumed it was there, but it's nice to have confirmation!
Will try to stay safe and see you guys on the other side!

Sooo, I just saw this on Facebook and was surprised to not see it here, so here it goes, just in case... I imagined The “Beatrice” boat a lot bigger! It’s an logical change, though, if they wanted to keep the escape from Hotel Denouement “plausible”. The island looks exactly how I imagined it the first time I read it. Though, I would’ve thought they’d go for a more dark imagery of it.  |
