OH MY FINALLY SOMETHING!!!! Also, note: At the end of the video on his story theres a disguised Esme Olaf and Carmelita. Looks like theyre gonna have a disguise not from the books which is something Ive thought they'd do as Olaf is known for it at this point. It looks touristy.

I was able to download the video and upload it to Vimeo:
Be sure to pause, because there's a lot of information going by very quickly.

That’s really interesting. Other things I’ve noticed slowing the video super slow:
Grim Grotto: Sonar is there and diving helmet, some writing about Handler and maps A page about perilous production Page for THH nothing new Same for TVV From The Kitchen of Sunny Baudelaire: that looks awesome from what I can see A page on TAA and one on restaurants TRR page and Jacquelyn A sign of Beatrice “THE REAL SUGAR BOWL” page Page about sets Page about Olivia Page about Esmes costumes Behind the scenes stuff with Olaf disguises Olaf Esme and Carmelita in a really interesting disguise Page with Jacques and the Poes and Justice Strauss Pages about henchpeople That’s it from what is legible

I'm still trying to go through and process everything in the video so right now i will just say AHHHH ESME'S OCTOPUS COSTUME!!!
EDIT: I saw Justice Strauss with Odious Lusting After Finance!!!
EDIT AGAIN: Can anyone make out the full intro lyrics for The Grim Grotto? I can read the first bit of each line, but not the last part.
THIRD EDIT: "Real Sugar Bowl" has me both hyped and worried at the same time? I can see them doing something similar to the popular fan theory that the sugar bowl is empty, but updating it: maybe someone opens the sugar bowl and we see that it's empty (or no one opens it, but it's implied through narration; it's not important), then in the final episode cut to a shot of the REAL sugar bowl hanging out... somewhere. That way there can still be the classic red herring (and it confirms a popular theory), but we still don't know what the contents of the REAL sugar bowl is. Ahhhh, I'm nervous!!!

Here are a few of the more interesting pages I was able to catch: The first two pages of the book's section on The Grim Grotto episodes; visible are the episodes' opening credit lyrics, a section by Daniel Handler about the process of writing the episode, and photos of a sonar display, an office, and the Baudelaires crouching behind a table. The Real Sugar Bowl. A section on Esmé's Octopus dress from The Grim Grotto. Photos depicting a tuxedoed Count Olaf standing in an area that strongly resembles the behind the scenes photos we have of the Hotel Denouement. Count Olaf, Esmé Squalor, and Carmelita Spats [all in disguise?] at Briny Beach. A picture of Justice Strauss holding a copy of Odius Lusting After Finance, or as it has seemingly been retitled here; Odius Lusting After Fortunes.

Oh sweeet goodness!! At last! Now that it’s pretty much confirmed that S3 stuff will be featured on TIHOSO, I’m just a bit worried about being heavily spoiled before the season’s released! Specially the sugar bowl section...
Other than that: bravo for finding this!! The photo of the Baudelaires hiding in the Queequeg (or the Carmelita) gave me chills!!

Could that be the Medusoid Mycelium on the bottom of The Grim Grotto page? Also it looks like the rhyming lyrics will be (Stricken) Stream and scheme.

Oh dear... the Octopus dress is wonderful, but I’m afraid it will get plenty of “why does Esme look like Ursula from the Little Mermaid” jokes.... oh, well... Intertextuality is common with Snicket!

that's what i've been thinking too, if they want to release the book before the season, then that could mean season 3 is dropping on november 2 if they don't want to spoil too much, then the season is probably gonna be released october 26
yes? no? maybe?

I agree. I've preordered the book but I might just be careful and find out first what is and isn't a spoiler. Either way I know I'll be sad rushing through S3, I'll stay up all night, but in a month I will have finished by then regardless. I will pace myself in the 200 book pages after to still have something.
