I had a challenging time finding material for this poll, which leads me to this question: Is TE the most realistic of all the books?

I think the bad beginning is the closest to real life.it was not hard to se motorcycles and horse carriages right next to each other in the early XX century.

I hadn't realised until now, Foxy, that with the exception of TBB you'd been making an effort to always include thirteen options in your Believe It Or Not polls (discounting "Something else"). I appreciate that attention to detail, with particular reference to the fact that you stepped it up to fourteen here. Clever!
Unfortunately, you'll have to step it back down to thirteen again because Olaf never wrote another sign, he simply peeled off the Carmelita one to reveal his Olaf one underneath. A shame, otherwise I would have voted for that one. But you could always change it to the nameplates surviving years and at least one storm at sea despite being attached with only tape, and possibly being made out of paper...

With the TBB poll I hadn't really formulated a plan yet.
I'm having a difficult time finding it; where is the spot where it says the sign was already there?

Throughout Chapter One, with particular reference to pages 13-14, and especially page 19.

I can kind of see what you mean, especially with the words "yet another nameplate was underneath this one." I'm not completely convinced, and it seems like 5 pages is a long time for Count Olaf just to peel off the Carmelita nameplate, but I see what you mean.

I can't believe it's over. Even more than a decade later.

That's your silliest statement yet. Foxy's Believe It Or Not series has only been going on a few months!
...Very true, though. The years while the series was being published seemed so long, and the years since seem so short.
