I expected this thread to be about the airborne infection which attacks the lungs and throat and which is prevented from spreading by quarantining the patient and making them wear a mask. You know, Medusoid Mycelium.

I have also been noticing protective masks when seeing them appear in pre-Corona-times media, with an irrational, mild sense of conspiracy-paranoia. (Like in some music videos from years ago, like here and here.) |

Sorry, I didn't mean to suggest that coronavirus is fake. (The ominous threat to which I was referring is Hangfire) It is very real, wear a mask.
