I am happy when I realize that other parts of the planet are significantly reducing the number of deaths by Covid19. I am not much of a person to consider the divisions that exist on the world map to be true (except when I play some board games).
Humanity as a whole is getting out of the pandemic problem, but in some places the pandemic is worsening like never before. It is sad to think that in São Paulo the burials need to take place throughout the night so that there is enough time to bury people. It is sad to think that school vehicles are being used to transport bodies. And it is sad to think that the number of people suffering from Pandemic is far greater than the number of people dying directly from contracting the virus: without hospital beds available, several other diseases and unfavorable medical conditions that would be easily treated are killing many people. March 2021 was the worst month of the Pandemic in Brazil. The second worst month was July 2020, which had less than half the victims in March 2021.
In some board games, the infected and the dead are represented by small cubes or small miniatures. But in real life, when relatives and friends are between life and death, you imagine yourself thinking about bizarre things like: "I hope they get a place in the ICU for him soon" which was not bizarre if that didn't mean that maybe you're hoping someone you don't know will soon die so that someone you love will increase your chances of survival. Or do you find yourself thinking about things like: "why aren't these people having that party in the middle of Pandemic the first to die?" These things are bizarre ... What I want is for the Pandemic to end and for people to stop dying. I believe a lot in God and I believe a lot in the Bible. I know that this kind of thing was predicted to happen in our day. It is still painful to feel this situation on your skin. I know that this kind of situation will end. I just want as few people as possible to die in the process. And when I imagine that relatively simple attitudes could reduce the number of deaths, and I see that most of my neighbors disregard all of this ... It revolts me.
