The only character I imagined with an accent was Sir. I picture him with a Texan accent. I'm Brazilian, but in the dubbed movies, there's a Texan accent, which maybe doesn't reflect reality. It's this accent I'm referring to.

Hello it's Semblance. When reading the books did you ever imagine a character had a specific accent? I always imagined Ellington Feint had a British accent. Considering names of characters come from different countries, I don't think its impossible that they have different accents. Rest Pleasantly. In my mind, Mr. Poe always spoke with a very deep Yorkshire accent, not unlike the Fat Controller from Thomas the Tank Engine. Aunt Josephine was Scottish, due to her relation to the Widdershinses, and Olaf had the sort of trans-atlantic accent that many actors in the first half of the twentieth century affected. |

I pictured Sir as having a southern accent and Widdershins was Scottish with an undertone of Mr. Krabs.

I'd now like to perform a dramatic reading of the books with everybody doing completely random and inappropriate accents, but I also can't be bothered.
