From the Netflix series. In the fourth episode of Season 2, the Part 2 of the Ersatz Elevator, Jacques and Esme say this:
The Quagmire kidnapping is the result of a moving violation, three civil suits, a misdemeanor, murder, two poison darts, a stolen object, and arson.
What was the moving violation? I think the other points were talked about in the books but I don't remember if this was mentioned.
