I don't remember feeling as anxious as I do now. Not even during the Pandemic. Anything makes my heart flutter, and I'm starting to worry about other people's opinions, something that has never happened so intensely to me. I wasn't an anxious teenager. I'm slightly worried. But maybe it's just a lack of vitamins due to a recent illness. Or a recent feeling of faintness that I also felt, maybe it made my nerves more sensitive. I don't know.
Has anyone else ever felt this way?

I have a bad case of anxiety in large crowds, although it’s getting better now and I’m learning to cope with my fears.

It may be a mixture of things in your life. I get anxious quite often, sometimes worst than others. Perhaps journaling for a bit could help. Write your emotions with what happens in your day, that way you can track any anxious feelings to a particular aspect of your life.

I'm pretty anxious, particularly in social situations. I never feel like I know what to say.
This is something I have been working on lately and am trying to become more confident and less prone to overthink things.

thinking it must be a lack of vitamins is the most Jean Lucio thing ever.
