Hello, it's Semblance. I am currently in another Snicket hyperfixation. I get these quite often, one time lasting a few years. When these happen I want to do as much as I can with the franchise. Reread, write, look through 667, try to find more merchandise, everything. What do you usually do when you suddenly become very infatuated with the series again? Does it even? Rest Pleasantly.

ride the wave ! it's one of the best parts of life to be super passionate about something. you should take to GAF about the original script, that's new info to discover.

I jump deeply back into the books, rereading portions (or if it's late at night, I'll typically end up finishing the book lol) and I like re-examining the mysteries and trying to solve them. I also pop in my DVD of the movie and afterwards watch the special features. And I collect some of Brett Helquist's prints to enjoy the illustrations more.
An odd one I've been doing recently is hunting down early-2000s interviews/articles about the books and film. There's something about reading online pieces from the time ASOUE was still coming out that I enjoy.

This happens to me often. When it does, I usually will spend some time perusing the wonderful promo site, which brings me back to the original marketing campaigns. Those were always so exciting and the merchandise/tie-ins were delightful.

I reread TBL, LSTUA or my fanfic Untie My Silence Knot. The story behind the story has always been and is what fascinates me the most. Sometimes I rewatch the videos on my YouTube channel about Asoue.
