I was always under the impression that Bruce was short, let me check... IT's possible that he's Sir, but wouldn't the Bauds recognize his voice and other characteristics?

Nevermind, it says Bruce is "much taller than the other snow scouts" and Sir was described as almost as short as Violet so no, don't think he's sir unless he used concealed stilts.

I had a thoery that Bruce and Sir were the same people because of the cigars and their suits. In TRR, Bruce wears a plaid suit when he takes away the reptiles. Sir, in TMM, wears a reptilian suit. Both of these are bad suits. Can't remember what suit Bruce was wearing in TSS. So bad suits are connected.
