On a ton of websites i go on it has a bunch of rumors that say the 13th book will be call "The Vicious Victory" if this rumor is true, who do you think will exactly have "the vicious victory" The Baudelaires and the Quagmires? Or Count Olaf and his Troupe?

Well, Vicious Victory is pretty likely for the 13th book, I think that's gonna be it's name, but it's quite an old rumor/theory kinda thing.

I highly doubt that that will be the title, and I don't think that anyone will really win. It will be ambiguous.
Edit: I'd put "i" instead of "I". We can't have that.
