I do think that we'll see them in Book the Twelfth, and I have a very good idea of why they should be in the last chapter (which isn't to say that they won't be in other chapters as well).

And now I quote myself from another thread (I'm not criticising you, I wrote the below quote after the post which you replied to): End of Book the Twelfth, in my opinion: Violet, Klaus and Sunny are rescued (I don't know what from, I'm just theorising) by Hector, Duncan, and Isadora (don't ask about Quigley, I don't know) in the Deus Ex Machina. As they fly away, there's some quality plot exposition time. Then the man with a beard but no hair and the woman with hair but no beard finally catch up to the self-sustaining hot-air mobile home. They introduce themselves, give a bit of information about where they lie in the schism, and then start to burn the s.s.h.a.m.h. The Baudelaires escape in parachutes (I don't know what will happen to the Quagmires and Hectore) but they are separated by strong winds. Book the Thirteenth will start with them all being adrift at sea, with Violet separated from her siblings (see the BBRE for more information).
