I have an odd, unexplainable love for Duncan; he's actually my favorite character in the whole series and the reason I like book five best.

The Quagmires have always been my favorite characters, but if I had to choose, I would choose Duncan, as I am a boy like him, and Quigley gets a bit too much attention!

You know, before thinking, I'm sure a lot of people would say Quigley (and after thinking, as well.) I was going to say Quigley until I thought about it. Because I think Isadora is really cool. I always marvel at the brilliance of her poem in TVV. She seems smart, and of the three, she seems to be able to keep her calm best. She is rarely ruffled or worked up. She thinks things through. Of the triplets, I picture her as the voice of reason.

i agree. quigley is cool, but i realize i only was going to choose him because of quiglet. so, isadora.

That's.... kind of bizarre. No offense. It's just that we've only known Quigley for one book, and he was shown to be a very nice, kind person. What's there to "hate passionately" about him?

Well you never know. I have had people respond to me on other message boards where I have forgotten about them for a few years, and then I check out my old status' for the heck of it and find out somebody has just asked me a question. And of course, I've answered.

Ever since the 10th book, where Quigley takes off the mask an reveals himself, I instantly took a liking to him. He is definitly my favorite Quagmire Though I do love all three of them.

Quigley's method of disguise certainly doesn't hurt the climatic reveal. I'm not sure many of us guessed the identity of the stranger beforehand, partly due to the fact he was supposed dead by his nearest family and friends.
