I'm compiling all of the songs from the audiobooks, but The Bad Beginning audiobook does not have a high-quality version of "Scream and Run Away". I know that lemonysnicket.com had an mp3 of the song, but it's not up anymore - can anyone e-mail it to me?

Not up any more? But I thought this was it.Edit: Speaking of which, I'd love a compilation of all the audiobook songs, and I'm far too impatient to wait a year or so for the hypothetical CD with all of them on. I'm also curious to know what B12's audio song is. |

That appears to be the one. It's not the mp3 that joshspazjosh was looking for, but maybe he remembered it wrong.
I have the first 11 songs on my hard drive, copied from the CD's. Some of them have talking over the song, though.
I haven't heard the song for TPP yet. I'll have to borrow the CD from the library.

I have TPP on CD, and it's actually an instrumental.
EDIT: Never mind, there were lyrics, but I didn't hear them until about the 4th CD or so. I couldn't quite make them out, and I didn't hear very many, but they went something like, "things are not what they appear..." Nice accordion in it too.

Yes, they're planning to release a CD after Book the Thirteenth's release with all 13 songs on it; as of now, I've only heard Scream and Run Away (which is awesome; I wrote a piano arrangement of it so that it's...er, pardon the pun...always at my fingertips.). So anyway, I too eagerly await the arrival of this CD. But yes...a compilation of the audiobook songs would be nice (if illegal??).
