Barnes & Noble stores across the country are having parties on Friday the 13th. Sounds like a lot of fun, and lots of goodies, including the autographed copy of The End. Go to bn.com for more information and to find a party near you. (Either some stores don't have thier plans made yet, or not every store is participating. I searched my zip code and the store I usually go to nearby isn't listed.)

Hmm, there's one pretty near my town. Hopefully I can convince my mother to take me.

Wow, this sounds a lot like the B&N Midnight Magic parties for Harry Potter, only not quite so late. I'm glad ASOUE has gained Potteresque popularity.

I'm a bit afraid that I'll be the oldest one there, and I'm only about fifteen.

I'm going to the one near me, and I'm not about to tell you how old I am. I'll bring my children for disguise.

I was just trying to scrape my brain for some kid I can take to make me not look like a moron. I have a neice, but she lives like 3 hours away. And she's 3.

Just go by yourself. Who cares anyway.
Of course, if you win the autographed book , everyone will be looking at you.

That would be really cool if I did win it. I'd be like... yeah, I'm here for my little brother........ I'll probably just drag a friend with me so at least I'm not alone!

I'm definitely going to this (at least, if I can get a ride somehow), who cares if I'm fourteen? My little brother can come, too. I'm glad that a Barnes and Noble nearby is actually participating. Thanks for finding this, Gigi!

Hm, my B&N doesn't appear to be doing it. How disappointing.

I plan on going too. I'm not a kid anymore either, but that's what's great about these books - that everyone can enjoy them.
