OK. Handler has fooled us many times before so he might just do it again.
When he writes this supposed 'new' series about maybe the Quagmire triplets what if he contiues from where they were in The End? What would be the point in writing about them book 1-13 when we really know whats happened already.
Then they might meet up with The Baudelaires. And then it wasn't THE END!! ;D
If you think im going crazy here I really don't mind. But don't be too harsh i'm just a hopeful fan!
Discuss!

Has he ever said that he would write a new series about the Quags, ever?

What interview is that from? I'm sure Handler said that this was it, no more.
It would be interesting, but I think it would be for money than anything else.

I seem to remember the quote, but don't know where it's from. Just because he said something like that doesn't mean that it's a sure thing. I doubt he'll write about the Quags.

I think other cases refers to V.F.D or the Snickets rather than the Quagmires. To be honest I don't think Handler will give us much more information than he already has. The story is meant to be ambiguous I think.

I remember the quote, too. I don't think he'll write about the Quags. On the other hand, authors in the past have responded to readers' demands for more of their favorite characters - for example, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle resurrected Sherlock Holmes after killing him off because fans sent letters asking Conan Doyle to bring him back. So anything is possible. But I wouldn't count on it.

Not an entire other series...but maybe a short book. Or something. I don't know.

So a short book not a long series. We do know what has happened to them but what about other characters? Hmmmm!

"I already find your interest on such topics to be quite unhealthy. But I do admit that Mr. Snicket has expressed interest in some other cases that may have some overlap with the Baudelaires. But I don't think you should read them and so I think you should forget that I ever said that."Click here for source.
