Sorry if this has been said somewhere, but does the once mentioned 'Olivia Caliban' have any significance? Hmm?

I'm assuming she's TCC Olivia. I can't think of any particular reason why not; we'd already had a potential hint that Olivia and Kit were in communication, as somebody with messy handwriting who signed themselves as either an R. or a K. sent her a photograph of the Baudelaires. We also knew that Jacques had been to see Olivia before (to ask if Lemony was still alive, if I recall correctly) and also that Jacques and Lemony once stayed at Caligari Carnival. It's possible that my memory of TCC isn't what it was, though, or that I'm forgetting any negatives.
Also, the spoiler rules are finished now; you can give your thread a more accurate title if you like.

Olivia died in TCC, though.

And the postcard from Kit to Olivia washed up on the island in the time when the Baudelaire parents were the island's facilitators, writing in the book, over fifteen years earlier.

And if there's a Miranda and Olivia Caliban, doesn't that make them M and O? Is a Nora Caliban lurking somewhere or something?

Miranda is Mrs. Caliban, and is married to or divorced from Thursday. That would mean Thursday and Olivia were related somehow, not Miranda and Olivia. Then there's the issue of Monday, though...

Ah, but after Thursday 'died' she might of changed her name back to Caliban, but still mantained the 'Mrs' part!
