I am so braindead, I feel like don't even know what went on in that book anymore. I'm going to find it and read it again, now. So now I change what I said to, "I hope Lucius gets let out of Azkaban soon."

why do you hate him he's kinda nice minus the fact that he hates and looks down on muggles, muggle-borns and half-bloods....he's a pretty nice guy....with lots of galleons too... ;D

He's NOT a nice guy! How can you say that?? He works for the most evil wizard known, he tortures innocent muggles to serve his own fun, he attacks good people, and he uses his money to bribe people to do bad things! Plus he controls people with the imperius curse!

But it was his choice to become a death eater so he is still a terrible person and should remain in azkaban.

His dad might have forced him to become a deatheater because if Lucius refused he might have been disowned, castrated or killed....but if he did it willingly it might have been because of the influence of his dad....after all family influence is very strong....look at me when i was 5 my mum kept saying how fair i was and now 7 years later i'm still as fair as i was 7 years ago...or maybe it's just me...

That's true. Sirius Black and Lucius Malfoy must have had pretty much the same childhood, and Snape lived the same life as Lucius for the first part of his adulthood, but both Black and Snape decided to do the right thing, eventually. Malfoy just went on embracing the dark side.
