You liked the end? That was an unesecary rude comment, you get a strike.
The end of hbp was terrible, but I didnt like alot of it. It dragged too much.

Wait just a minute, I was absolutely not trying to make fun of you. Sirius dying was not THE END. THE END was when Harry's friends stood up for him in front of the dursleys and made uncle vernon look like an idiot. Near to that was when they all transfigured malfoy crabbe and goyle. And nearer to the end than sirius dying was Dumbledore FINALLY revealing why Voldemort wants to kill Harry.
So yes I liked those parts, sorry if I like the end of a particular book in one of my favorite series.

I never thought you were making fun of me, that would be silly. The end was still too melodramatic to me.

It was cool for me since the ministry finally figured out what they were supposed to be doing and Harry seemed relatively safe.

The big dramatic secret that one of them had to die was a letdown for me and horribly cliche, I was imagining it would be something like that. I mean how much more obvious can you be with that prediction anyway?

It was nice to finally know for sure and to know that Harry will in fact be the one to beat Voldemort and he won't be rescued at complete random. He'll have to actually make himself useful instead of being a child.

I'm a big fan of pretty much everything that has to do with romance, so I loved HBP... it's all soap-opera-esque and R&H make me so happy. I got kinda mad at Harry for breaking up with Ginny at the end... we'd only been waiting for them to get together for what, 5 books??

I mean how much more obvious can you be with that prediction anyway? I agree. Like, they made SUCH a big deal about the prophecy and ooh ahh what is it going to say? and then it's like, "oh, Harry, you and Voldemort are gonna have a face off and one of you is going to die." I feel like most people have known/figured that since book 1 (or at least 4).

hahahaha. I don't think harry's going to be able to keep ginny away. Weasleys are quite stubborn you know. But it'd seriously be interesting to see Ron and Hermy at the Dursleys.

That's why most people that have poa as their favorite book do so. Voldemort wasn't seen directly in hbp either, just memories and reports of what he was doing. The real present day Voldemort has only appeared in 3 books so far.

If the poll was still open I would have voted for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince because its the best and it reveals the most info.

It's between Chamber of Secrets and Half-Blood Prince. I think I'll choose HBP because it shows just how much the trio have grown since the first book.
