The site won't load, but it sounds Harry Potter related, so it should go in the Harry Potter section.

Yeah I'd guess this belongs either here or in Wistful Web, so here'll do fine for now.
It seems like a pretty cool site(it loads for me) but of course I haven't got time for it.
