We will need: A defendant- Oliver diLustro Halliwell A prosecutor- Kobolos Five Jury Members: 1. Pandora 2. Jackal 3. luckylemon 4. Marie Aristocats 5. JuanSanchez Villa-Lobos Ramirez The prosecutor will present a case against Jerome, and the defendant will defend him. Feel free to use evidence from quotes, but do NOT fill this thread with meaningless banter. Suggestions are welcome (as this is my first time making a trial thread). Thank you  |

I would happily volunteer myself to represent the prosecution, but I fear I am too close to the subject.
If that isn't a problem, let me know...if someone else can do it, I'll be happy to provide evidence for his banishment. Either way...

Pretty much the same thing that the people trying to get me banned did... I replied in the same immature way that they initially did, and insulted them in a defense-mechanism, towards their rude insults... My only mistake was not reporting every single insult, as they did, because I thought we could be mature enough to handle a few insults...

I find it only fair that the jury consists members who have not fueded with me in the past (i.e. Kobo, Bsam) simply because we know what their vote will be... It should be people who really have no opinion of me, Pandora and Jackal as fine examples, people who I believe will listen to both sides and vote honestly and fairly...

Absolutely fair...I would have never volunteered to be a juror for that very reason, and since after calling me a Pedophile twice after receiving your third strike...

Exactly, at least I tell how I replied every time I post one of your insults, whereas, obviously you know that you'd be punished if you showed why I called you a pedophile...
I find it only fair, no matter how many the strikes, that if someone is insulting you and instigationg you, you should be able to respond...
Might I add, that honest-to-God, at least 80% of the times I have insulted someone, the reason was simply because they insulted me first...
