Is it too late to get involved? I'd like to join the jury.
Jerome has insulted me, but I think we're now cyberfriends, despite our incompatible beliefs. I like debating with him, until he gets angry. Admittedly, I have insulted him, but not the way he's insulted other members. More accurately, I insulted his arguments with phrases like "twisted logic". I don't want him to get banished. I just want him to calm down.

I am guessing, mainly, Kobolos, Bsam, and J... Which is quite ridiculous considering they have called me an equal amount, if not, more, insults than I did them... J: For the record, I didn't report you. Captiosus: The thought never even crossed our mind. J: And if it did, we wouldn't've taken action. Captiosus: OK. It's not over? Good. First off, if all 3 of Jerome's strikes came from the religion threads in DD, either he should only get one or J and I should get 3 because we did the same thing as much as he did. We insulted each other and cursed, and we got carried away and immature in the heat of a debate, a subject that both of us were passionate about, on opposing sides. And it was Disturbing Discussion, so people could have been lax about the rules. J: BUT Jerome had no right calling Kobolos a pedophile. It's different than calling someone an idiot or a git. It's accusing him [Kobolos] of a crime, and Jerome should get a strike for that seperately. He used pedophile because of Kobolos's age, which is ignorant age discrimination in a way as well. I know Jerome didn't mean it that way, but you should not throw around "pedophile" any more than you should call someone a "rapist" or "murderer". Captiosus: In conclusion, this trial should have never taken place, or there should be at least two trials. |

Well, this will be my last post on this board until the trial is over... I'd just like to get a few things said...
Tocuna and I, are indeed e-friends, as well as Kimia and I... J, I never knew how mature and... well... nice, you could be... You are definitely cool... Thanks...
I do admit I was wrong for all the insults I have said, and I sincerly apologize, especially for calling Kobolos a pedophile, which of course, is very serious...
So, who are the jury members? Can someone post the postions...
(Judge, Prosecuor, Defense Attorney, Jury, Plaintiff)
