I like the idea of member interviews. 1 poem, 1 short story and/or 1 chapter from a story could be featured. A couple of the weeks to fan art would be nice too. How about a poll asking something eg. "whats your favourite ASOUE book?" and the results can be featured in the followings weeks if you plan to carry it on.

I have a couple of suggestions. The first is that there are a ton of old banners in the archives that we can use. Also the link that Kensicle posted has a list of all the different articles that were posted in the year 2006, if you're looking for an article idea. And finally the timeline is actually a separate project that I'll be in charge of; I was planning to start a thread for it tomorrow once I figure out which board to put it in. In the anniversary planning thread we have them, along with Dante's collaborative story, set to be released on the Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday before the anniversary, one each day. I really think the two projects need to stay separate, because my plans for timeline see it being as long, if not longer, than the 667er and it would take emphasis away from the other articles. Maybe the timeline could be posted the day after the 667er and there could be a teaser in the 667er? Edit: I went through old issues and found a bunch of banners. If you see one you like for an article, snag it! Some of them will have to be altered because they have people's names on them. Using the original banners was something I thought about, but I was a little concerned that the original banner makers might want to give permission first? If that isn't going to be a problem though, using those banners (some modified name-wise of course) seems like a fantastic idea. It's true that the timeline might class with your timeline, Linda. What do people think of just having a teaser inside the issue instead? And thanks so much for those banner links. Groge: I'm not sure how well a poll could be included. "What is your favourite ASoUE book has been debated many times, and since this is an anniversary edition I don't know how the results could be presented.

Well, it could also be turned into a feature of sorts if the reporter was unable to turn up information. A copy of what I'm referring to is typed here. The foods wouldn't have to be from ASOUE, I imagine, but it would be nice if they were. That's a good idea. A twist to put on the advice column might also be a "How to." It could be strictly ASOUE-related, e.g., "How to grow Medusoid Mycelium in your own garden." It could be vaguely ASOUE-related, e.g., "How to rock the boat." Or it could be unrelated to ASOUE altogether, e.g., "How to weave a carpet in three simple steps." By the way, the "official" Favourite Book poll is here.

The vast majority of the original banners were simple paint banners and were made by either me, Akbar or PJ; they'll be fine to use.

Though if anybody would like to make banners they are more than welcome to do so.

What about a new column entitled "Secret Organizations you Should Know About". I know it comes from the Daily Punctillio, but I know a organization I would like to advertise. But I might not have time to write that column and it would be likely to be full of bias.

You could also include some of the Lemony Links in Ravaged Resources, if you wanted to have more than one "organization."

Multiple people could contribute to such a column, most likely.

Thanks everyone, once again for suggestions. If no one has anymore, then now is the time to claim an article. Feel free to submit banners and fanwork also. Please have everything in by the 11th of June.

As I think I noted, I'll do an introduction to what we know about ATWQ. In fact, I already have most of it written, but I'll leave it until the very last minute to submit so that I can make sure it's as up-to-date as possible.

Unless someone was very much looking forward to it, I think I'll claim the "member interview(s)" article.

Unless we have someone jumping up and down at the prospect of taking it, but with no access to a computer just now, I'll take on the summary of the Darkies feature.

I suggested it, so I could do an album review.
