That would be a good idea - but you're right, I'm not sure who could write it. Even those who've been around long enough may not have sufficient recollection.

I might suggest the oldest among us submit a few potential nominees to a reviewer, with a short synopsis for the reviewer to consider. Then the effort would be collaborative, and perhaps require less research.

Article idea: The 13 Most Influential 667ers of All Time An article that ranks the most influential 667ers in the site's history, counting down from 13 to 1, with brief entries for each person to back up the claim. It's very subjective and I'm not sure if there's anyone left who's been around long enough to write it. It would probably require too much research... but if anyone wants to give it a shot I think it would be really fun. Added. I agree that collaboration is probably the way to go, that way it would have a wider opinion and input from other members beside the writer of the column.

Is it too late to suggest we do a 2012-themed article aswell? And by that I mean that crazy end-of-the-world theory.

A current event article not pertaining to 667 would give the publication a nice balance, I think. There's a lot of potential for humor in a 2012 piece.
Brunch, have you decided not to recycle the banners from the old 667er? While I'm not against making new ones, I think tweaking the old might trigger memories for our returning members and add a sense of nostalgia for the rest.

I agree with that, it's up to banner makers what they do, but it would certainly be nice to see some of the older ones recycled. Old banners that could be tweaked are: Obviously names and "weekly" would have to be edited out.

'Scuse me, Brunch, but looking at your list in the first post, it seems you've also got me down for the summary of recent events, which I didn't't agree to do. I'm doing the report on the Darkies, though, and intend to make a banner, but I guess we had a misunderstanding. Sorry if I didn't make myself clear when I said what I would take on.

Those two articles kind of merge together, and a summary of the darkies is just fine, Lemona. Sorry for any confusion. The first post has been edited.I've sent you a banner for the "ATWQ Update," brunch! Thank-you, I have received it.

I really like the "Editorial" banner. It's simple, but so good.
