Truly brilliant. It looks like the store captured and uploaded the footage themselves - how thoughtful of them!

I was able to go to the one on November 9th in Houston. It was my first time meeting him and it was great!

This video isn't as good quality as the full half hour one, but in case anyone's interested:

Oh my gosh, I laughed so hard I was crying when the girl had the right answer and he played it off brilliantly. Beautiful.

Oh my gosh, I laughed so hard I was crying when the girl had the right answer and he played it off brilliantly. Beautiful. That was my favorite part, too. I was wondering how he would respond if somebody gave the right guess (I haven't seen a video where that's happened.) Now I know, and as you said, it was brilliant.

She means that she watched it five times in a row and enjoyed it so much that she was on a veritable high, and it took her until then to calm down and post about it.

Nope. I arranged my words badly. Sorry about that. It was probably because I was still on, as Dante said, a veritable high, and couldn't quite think straight. Reason for Editing: Screwed up.

That's fantastic, kurostarsunny! Were there any moments you found particularly memorable? At one point he was reading a bit from the first chapter of the book and at the part on page 3 where it says "a woman drumming her fingernails on the table" he was drumming his fingernails on a man's shoulder. Then when he read, "She happened to have a flower in her hair" he says, "OH ALL RIGHT" and takes a flower out of his suit and puts it in a woman's hair. When he reads "They were both smiling, particularly the man" he grabs the man's cheeks and pulled his face up into a smile. Then before he walked to the other side of the room he reads the part on page 4 "She stopped drumming her fingers on the table and ran them through my hair" and pulls the lady's hand up and puts it through his hair. It had us all laughing so much. When he read the part a few sentences later about a woman with "a very great deal of wild hair" everyone started giggling thinking he was going to mess some poor woman's hair all up but he didn't. I'm always going to picture him doing those things when I read the first chapter! haha I love how he says, "I'm removing my coat...but not my pants. Sorry ladies." When he said that at the signing I was at my mom turns and gives me this funny look. lol! Reason for Editing: Moderator Edit: Merging double-post.

Sounds pretty hilarious! One thing I like about Handler's appearances is that while they're highly scripted and those of us who lurk here know what to expect, he tends to vary some of his lines and tailors them to his audience, by picking on them. (By the way, if you've got something to add to your post just a few minutes after making it, you can use the Modify button to edit what you've already written.)
