That pizza looks good. Also, as one young female to another, I'd suggest you just make the lasagna with vegetables. Soy mimics estrogen and could potentially cause breast cancers and hyperthyroidism.

My hormones are potato ed anyway so I might as well eat soy. But I think I'm going to use lentils for my lasagna. The pizza looks good, but then again most pizza does. I'm trying to decide about the casserole. I think I might use this recipe, because a) it doesn't use a casserole dish which I don't have, b) doesn't use a slow cooker which I don't have and c) doesn't cook for several hours which I don't have. But it's not the classic thing you imagine with root vegetables and stuff like that so I don't know if it's cheating. I need to post about burgers and bananas, but Isadora Is a Door has the burger pictures. Also I enjoy this whole thing so much and it helps me so much with meal planning and after doing two books I already think I will be so sad when it's over.

It's actually a myth that soy can cause breast cancer; certainly, no studies have ever shown it to increase the risk of developing breast cancer in humans. It can be harmful to rats, but they process soy differently. But thank you for taking the time to mention it, it was a really kind suggestion!
Kit's tits kick ticks I'm so glad you're enjoying this so much; I am too, and I've been thinking about what to do after it's finished. I think we should definitely do ATWQ as well, and then there are also all the extra books like The Beatrice Letters and File Under: 13 Suspicious Incidents.

I'm tasking you with finding a good recipe. I also realise idk what a vegetarian alternative to Daniel Handler would be.

I also realise idk what a vegetarian alternative to Daniel Handler would be. Jonathan Safran Foer is a vegetarian.

Cheer Up Cheeseburgers I made black bean burgers using this recipe, but bought the buns. The face is little tomato slices, mustard and ketchup. Mine had melted cheese, lettuce, caramelised onions, more slices of little tomatoes and more mustard on. Isadora Is a Door doesn't like cheese, so he got some smashed avocado instead, and he prefers ketchup to mustard so he had more of that. I also added home made baby potato oven chips, because I happened to have leftover baby potatoes that needed eating. Drawing a mouth with ketchup is a lot more difficult than I expected. We were really surprised how tasty these are, it's probably not something we would ever have thought about making but will definitely make again. 13/13 A banana I ate a banana at work, from the box of free fruit in the office kitchen. I didn't take a picture because I didn't want my colleagues to think I have gone mad. It was yellow and... banana shaped. It had a little sqashed bit on the inside but not too squashed to eat. 11/13 including a bonus point for being free. So this means we have finished book 3 and moved on to the Miserable Mill recipes Blueberry Pancakes This was the my first attempt of making thick pancakes and pancakes with anything mixed in. These took a lot longer to cook than I thought and the first one went all scrambled because I tried to turn it too early. I'm not really convinced, they tasted a bit too battery for me instead of being fluffy, and because they took so long to cook I had to use too much oil to stop them from burning on the outside before they are done on the inside, so they were a bit greasy. The blueberries were really nice and I still sort of enjoyed them but there is definitely room for improvement. 9/13 Beef casserole I mostly used the recipe linked in my previous post, but the beef came in a slightly smaller pack and I didn't want to buy 2 so I added a few mushrooms. I also used a yellow and a green pepper instead of two red ones, which made it look nice and colourful when it was cooking. I didn't bother with the pecans and just served it with normal boiled rice. This was another surprise, not something I would ever have chosen to make but I really enjoyed it. The beef was a bit overcooked, probably because I have never cooked beef before, but the taste of everything was great. Also I just had a few days where I just didn't stop feeling hungry after meals, no lentil curries, bowls of pasta or "superfood" bowls seemed to fill me up, but this did, so I assume there was something in there that my body needed. 11/13, has the potential for a 12 or even 13 if the beef wasn't overcooked.

Your chips look soooo good. The lettuce leaf lying alone on the bun is making me laugh. Last night I made spaghetti and, as no sauce is specified in TAA, that gave me carte blanche to invent wildly. I will say that this is most likely NOT what they served at lunch in a school refectory, and maybe at some point I will do something more likely, but this was delicious and I wanted to share it. And who knows, maybe they happened to have these exact ingredients. So for this, I firstly made a tomato sauce. For the sauce I used: A tin of chopped tomatoes A glass of water Garlic granules A large gherkin, chopped up Chopped sundried tomatoes A dollop of French mustard Ground black pepper A splash of apple cider vinegar Some Snöfrisk goat's cheese, chopped up into small pieces to help it melt quickly Mixed Mediterranean herbs Once this had all been cooking for a while I blended it with a hand held food processor (is that the right term?) and kept it simmering while I turned my attention to the other part of the dish. While I cooked the spaghetti, I got a frying pan and sautéed a whole bunch of ingredients in a mixture of olive oil and melted butter. I essentially grabbed everything I could see which was tasty and thre it in there, so the full list was: Black olives Cherry tomatoes An onion Edamame beans Capers Hearts of palm Preserved lemon Thyme Garlic Garlic granules Smoked paprika Apple cider vinegar I cooked this all together until the spaghetti was done, at which point I put the spaghetti on plates, topped it first with the tomato sauce and secondly with the sautéed mixture. Finally I added a few last bits of chopped Snöfrisk, some fresh parsley, and a drizzle of olive oil. This. Was. DELICIOUS. Rating: 13/13, will 100% be making this again.

Aww, Anka, your burger looks so happy. Also, I may be a little bit late in responding to this but I don't think cannibalism is vegetarian even if the person you're eating is.
