True promotional items are free. Once they charge you for them, I think they're considered merchandise.

So, to anybody who knows, will there stil be promotional items at this point about TE/TBL? I was hoping my cousin would take some for me in USA.

The stores that had release parties on Friday the 13th were probably out of promotional items by the end of that day. Bookstores that are hosting Lemony Snicket on tour seem to have the same promo items available to people attending the event. Once the tour is over, ebay is probably the only place you'll find those items.

My offer is still open to anyone who wants me to mail them promo items. I only have three sets of the masks left.

Haha. I did forget something. I also have the exclusive A Series of Unfortunate Events movie magazine that Nickelodeon Magazine issued out at the release of the movie. Ohh. I could get scans of some of the mag if anyone wants to use it for something (ie computer graphic avatars and such.) : D
