I agree about Hotel Denouement - and I think some aspects of mine need re-working, like Lake Lachrymose and the precise location of the city - but I think the island might be too far away, and we don't really have much idea of its precise location.

I believe it's a mistyping of "UA," which refers to "Lemony Snicket: The Unauthorized Autobiography."

I agree with the map not making sence. Was it really all so close, I mean, was it that connected?

It's said in TGG that the Briny Beach was some miles north the G.G., while the Baudelaires were fleeing, after the Klaus-Fiona kiss. So, the map is turned to right, in a way that north is on left and west is on up. Edit: I've drawn a map of the series, like Dante did. It's the way I see the map, based on the commentary I wrote. Your certainly noticed it's in a different way from UA. It's also with that details in the beaches, Grim River is not a spiral and I've put a train connecting The City to Paltryville.

Also, Lake Lachrymose is a LAKE, not a bay or a gulf as the map implies.Otherwise it's a pretty good map.
