I don't really understand how IMBD works. Doing a quick google search looks like it's fairly centralized... so someone with a degree of responsibility had to go in and make the make the change.
Howard is a pretty big name composer. Not a *huge* fan, per say, but Fantastic Beasts and Hunger Games were certainly nice scores.

There are some great instances of big-name film composers working on television series, which as a trend I quite like. I think some of Howard's previous scores such as "The Village" and "Lady in the Water" could offer very promising insight into how he may approach his score for ASOUE, if indeed he is the new composer. Even something reminiscent of his score to the live-action 2003 Peter Pan would work very well in the show, although it may need to be quite a bit darker and more "gothic" in tone.

Thanks for linking the new clip, mizbizsav; thanks also to those who've described the Facebook livestream, as it looks like you need Facebook to access it and it won't let me in otherwise.

I really like the new clip. Harris seems to pull off the right mix of "funny yet unnerving" and the fact that I'm genuinely scared of Olaf and what he might do by the end of that clip is, at least in my eyes, absolutely wonderful. I can't wait for this show to drop, it's really the one big bright spot in my own series of otherwise unfortunate events happening around me at the moment.

At the bottom of every page, like on wiki, is an option to edit the information on any profile. It's not centralized. Anyone can edit it and because there is no verification until something official is released or the production itself premieres much of the information there is hit and miss.

That clip from Colbert, though short, is perfect and a good sign for me. The whoosh sound and pan down to his ankle and the eerie sound when they show the tattoo is great, and notice how they got Sunny to look up from his ankle with the rest of them lol. Even creeking sound effects add to it. I can tell from just this that it's gonna be just the right amount of dark, cuz this soundtrack sounds awesome, and whatever that weird sound in the background is after he says "your new guardian" is pretty creepy. Lots of subtle things here but I love it

I love Olaf's expectant "You're welcome" followed by Violet's awkward "Thank..you."

the clip, as is the tradition with these things, is heavily edited. So some lines, the your welcome part seem a bit disjointed, and nuances were most likely removed that we won't see until we watch the actual show.

Yeah, I didn't notice any editing either. I assumed he was saying "you're welcome" to prompt the children to say "thank you", which Violet then did.

Just precedent, really. Typically clips used for promotion are edited. Other than that is just sounded edited to my ears. Here's an example (Evil Dead Clip - Warning Blood and Gore) - www.youtube.com/watch?v=jt53n_5f9s8That clip was used for promotion before the release and it looks very cohesive but there are parts in that scene that were cut of the clip and could only be seen during the actual viewing of the film.

I loved both the script and the clip. The more I see the more I like everything. I think this show has a chance of being something wonderful. I think NPH will be a good Olaf. I think once we are watching a whole 1 long episode we will become engulfed in the story and we will forget OLaf is NPH.
I'm really loving the way Snicket just inturpts the scene to add his little anecdote.
