If they follow their marketing schedule for season two, that likely means that we'll have our first look at season 3 at some point in these next few weeks. I'm so ready but at the same time I'm not.

Since much of the show's ADR is recorded at Sony, it seems quite likely that Kitana Turnbull has just finished all of hers.

Keeping in mind Netflix originals usually are released on Fridays (including S1 and S2) we have 5 possible release dates in which one will finally be the day. November 2, 9, 16, 23, or 30.

I would go for thanksgiving, it is a work-free day for most people, somehow Judeo-Christian related, and a very used release date in general.

Noticed this sign during the prop auction video. Since it didn't appear in the first two seasons, it'll be interesting to see what context it appears in during this last one.

Where did you find that out that it would be released in November? If this is the case, that's rather worrisome, as there will only have been an 8-month-difference between seasons 2 and 3.

Because Patrick Warburton said so in the comments on his Instagram.

Because Patrick Warburton said so in the comments on his Instagram. Thank you lemonmeringue. I just hope it wasn't rushed. There's no reason why it would be. They started filming it only two months after they finished season 2, and apart from the End, they didn't break their roughly 5 weeks per book cycle. Not to mention the fact that since season 3 is coming out in November and they finished filming it in late May, it will have been through nearly 6 months of post-production. This may not sound like a lot, but remember, season 2's only took four months and season 1's three.

ASOUE-related excerpt from an article about a music in tv panel that Jim Dooley was on: "The first thing I did for Season 2 of A Series of Unfortunate Events was create my own new instruments for the series. I went to a percussion place and started banging on everything they have and created my own new percussion instruments." He continued, "working with Barry Sonnenfeld, if you get him to laugh at your idea it stays in the show. In Season 3 there's one episode where I told Barry, 'You know what we really need here is yodeling.' It made him laugh, and it stayed in the show." If I had to guess which episode the yodelling will appear in, I'd say either part one and or two of TSS, given its high mountain setting.

I saw these during the prop auction video, From what I can make out, the objects with the yellow-greenish label seem to be canisters of "Firestarting Fluid" with "Verdant Flammable Device" labelled at the top. I can't really make out what's written on the grey-brownish cartons but I'm guessing that they likely contain matches. Can anyone else make out what they say?

This isn't really news, but the official Instagram account just posted something new. https://www.instagram.com/p/BlqLuo7HqRh Could be a sign that marketing is beginning to start up again. :Edit: Also, the official fan account on IG released a new "story" today.
