Sigh... can that marketing start already?? All this anticipation is just not good for my temper... it’s interesting they said October/November. I thought it would be more towards the end of November, but it seems it could actually be on Nivember’s first week!

Huh. Richard E. Grant. Not bad, not bad 'tall. His voice is far from what I'd have imagined the Man with a Beard but no Hair to sound like… but it could do very nicely.

I didn't imagine TMwaBbNH as Richard E. Grant, either, but I'm excited anyway to get to see his take on it. And as a fan of Firefly, I'm thrilled to see Morena Baccarin as Beatrice.

IMDB is saying that Mamie Laverock will play "Snow Scout #5" in the Slippery Slope parts one and two.   :Edit: I noticed that a lot of season 3's VFX people have posted their credits on IMDB these last few days. This may mean nothing of course, but a similar rush of VFX credit uploads occurred with seasons 1&2 as well, just a few weeks before their marketing campaigns began.

Interesting excerpt from a Rolling Stone interview with a Netflix executive:
The Marvel shows are a separate thing, because that’s an outside studio you’ve agreed to pay for 13 episodes per season. But if the showrunner of a Netflix original comes to you and says, “We’ve been in the room for a while, we feel really good about the story, but in cracking it, it feels like seven instead of 10,” is that something you have the ability to do? Is that something you would even want to do, or would you tell them to come up with three other episodes?No, no, no. We absolutely [let them have the number of episodes they want]. A good example is Barry Sonnenfeld and A Series of Unfortunate Events. So he’d put a room together, and they came back after a period of time and said, “Well, we think the whole story, all the books, is three seasons. And it’s exactly the number of episodes that we have. Is that OK with you?” And I said, “If that’s what it is, that’s what it is.” He was like, “Are you kidding?” I said “No, I’m not kidding. We only want the story as you think it should be told.” It’s often the other way around, where a storyteller will say, “I need more time. There are things I want to try,” and we want to be supportive of that. Because ultimately, it’s their creation, it’s their name on it. |

Gerardo Barcala (Potentially) - Doctor (IMDB)  This person is uncreditedly on imdb for 3.1 and The Reptile Room. Well he was in the reptile room, as you can see him take the reptiles away. I remember for some time his imdb had him as Bruce. If he is in 1.4 and 3.1 is it possible he is actually Bruce? And I don't know how to do the quote thing right sorry. |

I really do think that it is coming out this year but I don't think we will be getting a Trailer till a month before it comes out.
If you look at most of Netflix shows they really don't advertise that far in advance. Look at their new show "Chilling Adventures of Sabrina" they have given an official date for Halloween but there hasn't been any advertising for it. I think that since they know ASOUE is popular now they aren't as concerned as advertising it so my guess we won't get our first trailer till October sadly
